Great service and a easy process.
Amanda was very helpful and knowledgeable of any and all of my concerns and questions! She went above and beyond to give me any information that I inquired about. She is fantastic at what she does and very polite and respectful!! Very outstanding customer service!!!

Even if you owe them and you pay your balance like I missed my payment on the first and paid it on the 10th today is the 15th and I still don’t have access to my belongings. Told them on Thursday when I paid. I needed to get in then Friday Saturday came And I still couldn’t get into my storage called and spoke with corporate. They guaranteed it would be open Sunday morning, although my son was having a procedure done at the hospital they didn’t care. I told him I needed some things out of there for that. Be available on Sunday at 9:30 AM, but they guarantee me that it will still get open came Tuesday still unable to get in then had a condescending female tell me she’s sorry she could give me a $25 credit and basically there was nothing she could do But at this particular facility for public storage the property manager is never there. I always have to go to another facility down the road to have them contact her for her to come out so I’m not understanding one why she still has a job when she’s never there and they always have to call her at home too. Why am my storage unit even though I have a zero balance has not Been unlocked and I still have no access to my belongings and they don’t care.
They were amazing!!!! We had to move and our other public storage wasn’t open. These ladies helped us and gave us a lock! A GOD SENDDDDDDD

Highly recommend not using this storage place they raise your rates every month not by just a little but by a lot and the gate never works I think I’ve driven there more times just to find the gate not working than I have the gate actually working. To top it off they raise your rates while also knowing the gate is broken and they restrict your hours. And to make it even better they post a notice that the gate doesn’t work with new hours for access and then they just change the hours with a sharpie whenever they feel like it. This place is an ABSOLUTE joke
I'm extremely disappointed.
Early this week, the gate jammed. I called all the numbers I could find both on the app and online. No callback, no answer. Myself and a handful of others were literally trapped inside the gate. This was between 7-9 pm.
Someone finally called the fire department, and they were able to force the gate open.
No follow-up from PS, nothing.
Now, I tried calling today to see what happened and to make sure that if I drove 20 minutes here, I wouldn't be trapped again. I called at 430 pm. The website says "open till 9pm." Again, there is no callback.
Now I'm here and can't get IN the unit. I can not have access to things that I NEED, and I had zero notice of this.
I betcha, they'll have no issue automatically withdrawing their rent, though.

Shelly was the employee on duty when I rented my unit. She was extremely helpful in explaining the rental process and then showing me the climate control unit I was interested in. She explained that the unit I chose to rent was on a half price sale now and for the extent of my rental. She also, explained info on locks and insurance available to renters.
Shelley is awesome. She helped us to answer all our questions and within 10 mins we had keys to our storage. Highly recommended

Great day to finally be out of that storage business!! After I thought Kelly was a great person, she don't even tell me sorry to see you leave or thank you for your business, nothing!! This place is DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMENDED!! They don't even have security cameras and 7 of their units were broken into, to include mine. I lost over $7,000 in items and all I got was, sorry, nothing we can do. And if you vacate in the middle of the month after paying the first of the month for the entire month, one would expect money back, WRONG!! All this place knows to say is, you guessed it, sorry, nothing we can do!! I do podcast for a living and you can bet, this will be talked about. Friendly advice, bypass this business and look somewhere else!

They raise the prices and add fees. I rented 2 units. On BOTH units they have an admin fee and a lock fee. Plus insurance.
Now they raised my rent on BOTH units.

I haven't had any issues really with the safety of my items but I do think that the door is open nonstop which it is not supposed to be. What is the point in having a security code to get in if anyone can just drive in. In addition, there is mold going up the front of each of the storage sheds and I feel like I had mold on some of my items and we did not have them tightly packed inside the storage shed. The biggest complaint that I have is that it started at like a little over $100 for the 10x20 and we currently pay $230 a month. That is insane!
You cannot get a hold of people. They don't answer the phone and even if you leave a message they don't call you back. Your best option is to do the chat feature. They also don't prorate when you leave so even if you are out by the same day then they will still charge you the full month

After renting from here, I have been to this facility and have called multiple times to get assistance but every time I come here there is no one in the office even after I've called to verify that they are there. This is unacceptable
I am ecstatic about my new storage. Space Simone had me at hello. The canal public storage is definitely going places.
I paid for a climate controlled unit because I was storing antique wood furniture, and I didn't want to damage the pieces. After paying fees that were increasing each year, I checked on my unit today. The furniture is moldy - and I mean covered in mold (I have pictures). I'll be turning this in on my home owners insurance, but truly the items can't be replaced for any amount of money & insurance doesn't pay well on used furniture. Very dissatisfied.
