I was moving my stuff out and there was a guy and a woman walking and cleaning the yard, so I asked for assistance. the woman (Ms. Tiara) stepped up and introduced herself as the property manager. After I informed her that today was my last day of renting, she was so pleasant and walked me through the steps on closing my account. I almost postponed my move out date due to the great service that the young lady provided, but I no longer need the rental space as we just moved into our new home. I thank Ms. Tiara for all of her help.

Cheyenne has always been an amazing person to work with, she is always around when I need help, I've been looking for a parking spot for months and she has always kept me up to date, I have never met anyone as hard working as her with running two properties. She is always outside cleaning up other people's trash and making sure her unit look perfect. Regardless of what anyone says, I would rent here and tell anyone to come to public storage just for her customer service. Thank you chey.

I still have my unit. They also put in new security cameras everything is much cleaner they painted the units it's nicer. I never had a problem they did help me one time to lower my bill I am grateful for that. Also I know it's random but that 3 year old is now 10 and I now have 3 kids 😁

Set up my account online last minute, space was ready when I needed it, I called when we cut move in too close to office closing hours and she had everything ready for us for when we got there. Closing my account when I no longer needed it was also an incredibly easy experience. Chey was super helpful throughout the whole process and made what could have been an intensely stressful situation get taken care of in a set of mere minutes. Amazing. Definitely renting from here in the future if I need the space again!

Won a unit through an auction at Property #08105 off of 860 Route 73 South Marlton NJ 08053. The two female staff who assisted us gave us peace of mind. If we needed more time to clear out the unit then what is allotted for time, they would work with us. If only we could win more auctions at 08105, 😄😉👍
The building we were in was very clean. In comparison to competitors , the air was more than decent to breath and dust in the air appeared minimal as we were clearing out the unit.
