The entire process was done online, via the internet, very easy and fast, the customer service was also excellent. The place was very easy to access, the instructions were specific and very clean, excellent storage.

I had no issues moving in or getting a storage unit. It was clean and big enough to hold my items. Thanks! But I will say this, when staff is not going to be in the office put up a sign, i.e. "we'll be back at." Or "out to lunch." I notice customer coming to the office and no one was there to help them.

06/05/2024: Please put a sign on the door to let customers know you're at lunch or you ran out. Not to be in the office is piss poor.

Tiffany at the storage in Brier Creek is AWESOME!! What a relief to find an climate controlled reasonably priced unit. Tiffany was the icing on the cake, so nice and genuine!

I spoke with Ms Tiffany earlier this week about a payment issue I was having with my storage unit. She immediately without any hesitation stepped I. And took complete control. Assured me to not worry about anything and walked me step by step through my next steps for continuing. She gave me multiple resources to help me figure out what went wrong and how to resolve the situation. She had the most pleasant and positive spirit about her it was so lovely. I appreciate everything about Ms Tiffany and her service. She is an amazing person for the job!! I honestly plan on doing all my business with you guys through her!!! Thank you Ms Tiffany🙂

A quick life lesson to anyone reading this. The word unvacate is not in a dictionary and is only used by storage spaces. Be aware this means that you will not only be misled by Public Storage about terminology but you'll also be charged astronomically high fees to compensate for their lack of awareness. I wouldn't use this storage location if it was free. Tracey is a super nice property manager but Rose is trash. If you encounter this woman, just leave and find another storage location. She's unfortunately an ugly and rude person in any interaction she has with you. I would avoid public storage generally as the price on my storage unit went up every month until I cancelled it. When you need to move out, just take your lock with you. Just remove it no matter what. If you don't, this company will abuse you financially with no remorse. Also remember it's just a business. You're not hurting anyone by avoiding corrupt companies like this one. They're hurting themselves by refusing to control their employees and staff. I hope this helps someone avoid making such a monumental mistake as I did.

Monthly rent increased 27% in 2022, 3% in 2023, and another 26% in 2024. Buyer beware.

Rose was extremely helpful when needing to reserve a space at this location. Despite the complications of making a reservation online, Rose was extremely patient and helpful in the best way, ensuring a space that accommodated what I needed. 5 stars because of her service!

The place is clean and the staff has been excellent. However, the low initial charge was a farce. In the past year our 5X10 unit has gone from $76 with Insur, to $119 with insur, this April. We will be finding a way to cram our belongings into our home.

I visited Public storage at Alexander Town Blvd and couple days ago. I want to say I met with a Rose who was very friendly and helpful. Of course she has a great name too.

I was assisted by Tiffany, whom provided excellent service. Not only did she call back within minutes of my voicemail, but she was very pleasant and assisted me with understanding my contract.

Tiffany and sharia, (sorry if misspelled), were absolutely wonderful in selecting unit and providing communication on how to access. These ladies are absolutely wonderful with customer service. Facility is clean, secure and easy to access. Thank you.

Excellent and speedy service in booking and selecting my storage unit. The gentleman was very helpful and explicit in assessing my storage renting needs. The whole process was very easy and efficient! On arrival, the storage unit was easy to locate and very clean!

Experience was good. Did everything online and it went quick and easy. Only thing I suggest is that they get more carts. I have only seen two and on my first day one person had both. Luckily the woman at the front office had a dolly I could use.
