She’s a kind and helpful person who was able to help with my storage and when the price went up, she went out of her way to make sure she could bring it back down(which she did). Great manager that’s willing to help. Highly recommend this place!

Muy mala experiencia, la verdad me dieron un precio cuando tomé un espacio de 5*15 me dijeron debes pagar $85 al mes y luego me descontaron de mi tarjeta sin mi autorización $108 no entiendo porq dan un precio y luego cobran mas y dijeron el primer mes gratis puras mentiras realmente no recomiendo este lugar dejare ese espacio no vale la pena son unos ladrones

Went to look at a unit to see if it was big enough just go waste gas driving to 2 different public storage locations and not a human employee in sight. Back in the day there would be someone at the location at least a few hours to show the units and complete paperwork but according to several phone reps they are short staffed and no longer offer on-site humans UNLESS BY APPOINTMENT. I went to 2 different locations and not a person in sight. One of the kiosk was not responding at one on l the locations & the other one the door was locked, no insight assistance at either! I had the lady to tell me to hold on to attempt to call 1 person to show the unit that was responsible for all viewings and she wasn’t available at the time. The lady called back and just that quick I was able to get an actual human on the line and set a tour for a competitor location only .5 miles up the street…all that in the 3 mins public storage placed me on hold after calling several times. If you just want to give your money and don’t know what these units look like inside nor need any human assistance this is for you! If not, find someone with a human at the actual site of your rental unit, can give you detailed information, and make the moving experience was easier and personal, please do not waste time, this company is not the same as years ago!
