I’ve been with Public Storage for almost three years, and I truly love it. Tia was incredibly kind and straightforward while helping my husband and me resolve a payment issue. She didn’t give us a hard time at all and genuinely listened to everything we had to say, which made the whole situation much less stressful.
She explained that she was new and didn’t know everything yet—but honestly, you couldn’t tell. She spoke with confidence and knowledge, and handled everything so well. Got there around 5 pm, right when the office was closing. I'd been on a flight and was tired, and when I explained that I needed help accessing my unit, Mayo personally walked up to my unit with me and assisted with everything I needed. Mayo is certainly a great credit to the business.
My husband and I booked a tour with the manager but he was not there when we were scheduled to tour so the maintenance guy- Mayo was kind enough to take us around and answered all of our questions.
