Good deal on a storage unit. There's hardly anyone ever there. There aren't many cameras. I wish there were more.

I’ve had a storage unit with them for almost 2 years started off paying like 40 something a month but they increased the price like every year now paying 72 a month for a very small unit. Tried to cancel 2 days after 1st of the month and wouldn’t work with me on paying for the month insisted on charging me for a whole month 2 days into the month and additional charged me a 15 dollar late fee while being rude about it and raising their voice at me unnecessarily when I did not raise my voice to them. Guess that’s how you treat your long time loyal customers at this public storage. Don’t waste you month at this one go to another public storage or another storage company.

By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I was denied access to my unit for 2months and I had been current with my account twice and they was so rude and not helpful at all. I only got the unit because my house burnt down and these people were terrible. Just terrible.

We were processed by Teresa, who was quite professional and understands the operations of the organization. We would highly recommend this location.

I have had the worst customer service with this company from day one I have been sending email after email nobody returns calls til you have a late fee and they will reach out to you but will not discuss and issue about what they do wrong I got a late charge because I could not get in my account and they could not help me or combine my two accounts together and would not return message but Called about there 15 dollar late fee worse storage company

It's not secure as they say. My storage unit was broken into because their cameras don't work in the back. Plus, we found different gaps that a person can slip in and out without being seen. It's not a safe place for your stuff.

Not long term here and not climate control either.

May be the finest customer service experience with any company, not just a storage facility. Knowledgeable, kind, helpful, and efficient. Donna was superb. I recommend without hesitation using this location if you are in need of storage space.

I was fortunate enough to have Donna help me when I had problems with setting up my rental agreement. She was SO helpful and patient. She could give lessons on customer service. What an asset to Public Storage.

Alright I normally do not leave reviews but I feel that I was so impressed by the service and quality of the this particular storage facility. I have done a lot of traveling and moving of the years using numerous different storage units to help me in my business ventures. Upon arriving I did notice the cleanliness of the facility. Also the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about all my needs and pricing. The interaction I had with the staff was nothing short of amazing she was super nice and answered all my concerns with no problems will definitely be using this facility for my storage needs in the future. If your in the area and need easy storage this place is a must to check out!

I called to inquire about renting a storage container and the young lady that assisted me had the most amazing customer service skills. Sherita is one of the most pleasant and well spoken young ladies I have yet to speak to there. She was very professional, her mannerisms and concerns for what I needed was overly exceptional. With a great employee like her on your team, you’re sure to get great business. Way to go Public Storage.

If i could take away stars they would owe me a few. A corporate criminal enterprise. A storage company that inflates fees in attempts to proactively hold your belongings in a hostage type situation so they can sell off your locker. All I can say is you better read their fine print. Needing a temporary storage solution, I went with them based on their $1 move in promo. That was a bait and switch. Their move in fees far offset that once I went in. One must buy their locks, buy their in house rental insurance, yada yada etc etc.. So with a loaded truck and a made commitment I paid for my first 3 months up front. Then paid for two more after months after that. When I wished to retrieve my belongings the following month, I got hit with over $600 in more fabricated fees to get my stuff out. Worst experience ever!

Nice, professional staff. Not convinced the climate-controlled units are truly climate controlled since the temperature inside the unit was no different than outside the unit each time I've gone, but you can't beat the price.

It is super convenient that you can make a payment at any Public Storage location. I was visiting family near this location and was able to make my payment no problem!

Facility was clean and service I received was great. Cheryl was very good and explaining the contract. I forgot my title for the camper (needed to store the camper) so she arranged for me to give a copy to a Public Storage that was closer to my home (Greensboro). She said she would drive out and get it vs me having to drive back to High Point.

My mother Stephanie and I visited this location on 4/14/18 and we were helped by Cheryl. She was so patient with us and even stayed late to help us out. We couldn't have completed our move without her. Excellent customer service. Our storage unit was clean and easily accessible.

This facility is very big, with nice and respectable staff. Sharlena Helped walk me through the entire process and insured on getting me the right size space for me. Unfortunately i didn't have enough money today to rent but i told her i would be back this weekend

Fantastic service

Horrible horrible horrible. The property manager is great, however this company is probably the worst I've ever dealt with in my life time. They tack on hidden fees, cut locks while you are still within your grace period, and then expect you to pay for a new lock to access your things. I was at a funeral in another state, came back to be told that there was a $2.38 charge on my account that hadnt been paid. So they cut the lock and tagged on a late fee without so much as a phone call. Having my husband deployed, and I myself am a veteran. Just dealt with a family death, and they said because of corporate policy there was nothing they could do, even though they said it was the ladies fault who did our paper work that this mysterious $2 dollar charge was even there in the first place. DO NOT place your belongings here, horrible service and policys.

This place is very professionally run. The staff there is great! I never had a problem with my storage unit. No moisture or mold issues, and the units are housed behind coded gates. Chris is always a pleasure to work with!
