I called today to gain more information about the rental process and Teresa was an excellent help!
I just recently started buying auctioned off storage buildings. That is what brought me to this location. I called ahead of time and spoke with their representative Teresa. Ask for more information as I was still new to the process. She gave me information I needed. I go to the facility, and she is working behind the desk. She remembers me from calling her earlier. She explained how they do things and then she met me at the unit number that I had just purchased the auctioned off contents. She gave me the option to not buy it, I guess if I didn't like what I seen or changed my mind. Of course, the sell went on, that's why I bid on it. She was very pleasant, helpful, and knowledgeable about the things that were discussed. I wouldn't mind if I got to be assisted by her every time. Thank you so much Teresa

Needed a clinate controlled unit. They had one left the size I needed and was able to hold it online. Then when I got there Teresa was very good explaining all of their rules and stuff and helped me complete the rental & paperwork.
