I recently rented a storage unit here and had an excellent experience. The staff is very friendly, Rebecca went above and beyond to help me. I had mistakenly booked the wrong unit and didn’t realize it until after I made the payment. One quick call was all it took—Rebecca immediately resolved the issue and had everything perfectly arranged for. She politely greeted me on arrival and walked with me to show my storage unit. Units are nice and clean.Highly recommend!

Clean new facility .Charlotte was incredibly helpful and made the entire process wonderful. She was accommodating knowledgeable and ready and willing to help as I used the facility for storage for both of my sons who are in college in North Carolina, highly recommended.
Overall nice, remote and good prices. however, no restrooms besides the one in the main building. They keep that locked and usually there is never someone on shift to let you end. And the final and bigger con is the automatic gates. Half the times I've came here, the security gates are left open for maintenance. It's not really good security if this is happening so much, anyone can just walk in to the lot lol.
This Public storage is awesome it’s always clean, and all the people that work there are great, especially Charlotte she is very helpful. Thanks to everyone there.

Rebekah was incredibly! She made my wife and I feel very comfortable and helped us find the exact united we wanted. She also went out of her way to work with our needs and give us great advice on our move in. We visited other storage companies but we choose public storage because of how she made us feel. I wish more companies will hire people like her!

I rented the wrong size storage unit and Miss Charlotte in the office was so gracious and kind and helped me get another storage unit at a reasonable rate. Searching for a storage other places was to expensive for a small space came across public storage got a way bigger storage for a reasonable price did everything 100% online no need to meet with office staff besides to return there lock to them cause I had my own other than that I definitely recommend checking with them 1st when looking for a nice clean climate control storage unit.

This is a great self storage facility that can be 100% contactless although the staff is really friendly and nice. I like that everything can be done online and they have automatic payments setup so one doesn't have to worry and the units are temperature controlled and have awesome pricing.
