Aside from it being a brand new location that’s aesthetically pleasing and clean where I can trust that my items would be safe and secure, Public Storage should be proud to have Sallie onsite as a customer-facing representative. Sallie went over and beyond. She was super polite when I called, which prompted me to visit in-person. Sallie was highly knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. She quickly earned my trust and ultimately gained my business. Heck, before I knew it, Sallie was encouraging me to purchase the available insurance and she made m move easier by offering an array of packing supplies. Kudos to Sallie for all her help! It actually felt good knowing my belongings will ge in good hands with Public Storage!
