Kim is simply a blessing to this earth. I am having a rough day and came to get my stuff as I am a traveling performer. The keys were lost and I was not able to access my unit. After going back and forth, we finally just decided to get a locksmith. Kim called someone she knew was just around and quickly went into getting me someone as I need to board a plane by Monday. When we got back the man was already here. Nick was also very very helpful and such a sweet man. Kim assisted us more than she really knows and brought peace to an otherwise chaotic day. God bless.

This place is well organized. The storage sheds are big and clean, they are bigger than the other storage units in Durham. I am glad that I stopped by to check out the prices. One more thing, everyone that works here is professional and very helpful.

1/23/23**It would be fair for me to post an update to my original review** After ALL the below chaos, Public Storage finally got some people on site!! They were very courteous and helpful and performed a great recovery effort from the initial interaction. Thank you. 😊 I'm now satisfied!! This is the absolute worst place to rent a storage unit AND IT'S NEW!!!! It started off great, came to the facility, looked at a unit, changed to a unit more accommodating and told him I would return if I needed to adjust move in. Showed up 1/18 @ 200 sat there 30 minutes. Called multiple people to find out where this person was because according to them, someone should have been here. Call escalated, she called District Manager twice, they didn't answer! Had to change my reservation to next morning 930am(today). I'm here, where is the staff member? It's now 10:17!!! Made more calls. This lady says, this facility is by appointment only..it's not on the door signage or a voice-mail so who did you advertise that to??? Lady says, I'll call AROUND to the other facilities and see if someone can come assist you. She called ONE PLACE to a person who just got back from a leave and was working BY HERSELF and had her call me to tell me this, and to also state the person was in the emergency room!! SINCE YESTERDAY?? No sign on the door to let people know what the hell is going on. And you're taking up MY TIME and wow I don't think I'll be giving you my money. Disrespectful of people and their time. These people are giving you their business! Show some respect!

Ms.Leslie at this location has been phenomenal every time I have come in, she always has a warm welcome when I arrive, helps with any questions I have, and is overall one of the sweetest ladies I’ve ever met.

The tall guy was really nice and pleasant! I used it for 2 weeks and there were no issues. Clean well lit!

I’m not to big on doing reviews but not doing one would not be fair to the manager Daniel at this public storage. I’ve had two units for over a year and I’ve always had pleasant exchanges with Daniel from my move in day until today. Last week Daniel literally saved me from losing a few things of mine that were irreplaceable. I had been organizing my unit and got a phone call and did not realize it but in my haste I left two boxes that contained family photos and antiques sitting outside my unit and I locked up and drove away without putting them up. Daniel not only recognized the items As being mine but also called me to let me know the situation and stayed 30 minutes late so i could retrieve them from him. He has consistently given me great customer service but the latest exchange By far was the most amazing display of customer I have ever experienced. He should be commended for his hard work and customer service excellence. So don’t be afraid to come and spend your money at this public storage they will go above and beyond to make sure you are happy and have a worry free experience….thank you Daniel I can’t tell you how appreciated you are. I’m very happy to patron this establishment!

Excellent customer service from Dale and Daniel. They were both very knowledgeable and helpful. It was my first time renting a storage. They took the time to show me the different sizes to ensure I made the best decision. The storage was very clean. I certainly would recommend Public Storage and make sure to ask for Dale or Daniel.

Definitely the right place to go to. I thought it would be a little more confusing getting all of my stuff situated into a place, but the lady, Shannon, helped out tremendously. She was very friendly. If you go there, make sure to ask for her to assist you.

Called quoting prices, and was unsure of where to start, Shannon helped out tremendously. Giving prices and details of the units and was very professional. She made suggestions based upon my need. Would highly recommend contacting Shannon if you need a unit.

Local property management made it super easy to transfer units on short notice, but the call center sales rep left out no shortage of additional fees when we were getting started.

Great experience with customer service. Daniel and Kim were unbelievably helpful, they made the whole experience much easier. They are great examples of who you want facing your customers. We had a few run arounds from other storage units in the area, and did not feel that at all here.
