I’ve used this Public Storage location for several years and have always had a good experience when dropping off or retrieving my belongings. The halls are always clean and there are always carts available to help move my boxes.

Recently moved out of my apartment and needed somewhere to store my belongings while I am transitioning. I was very pleased with the assistance I received from Tionna & Corey. They both were very accommodating, kind, and knowledgeable. They made sure I was fully comfortable with my arrangement and ensured I was getting the best deal possible. This storage facility is very clean and well kept. I feel 100% confident in housing my belongings here.
We rented our second unit at this location and Corey was great to work with. The rental process was very seamless with the help that Corey provided.
I have three spaces at the Cary parkway Public Storage. There are always some bad things you can say about a place and I don't agree with all of their policies because they do Jack up rates after you're in there. But one thing I can say about this particular location is the the person they have behind the desk whose name is Grace, is a God send. The friend will go out of her way to help you. It's always courteous, polite, And just a bright spot in your day when having to deal with business. I cannot say that for everybody that works there. There is a vast difference in the personnel. They should do everything in their power to keep this woman there.She keeps the place together 100% I had the opportunity to meet Jason. I think he's like the district manager or something. And he was extremely polite and nice to talk with too. I had a short conversation with him. I told him my pros and cons. On the place, and it seemed like he was willing to work on things that needed done. Also, they recently just put in all brand new doors so they open and close. Really easily. Anyway, if you go there and grace is behind the desk, you're good to go!
Corey has helped me immensely with the moving in process. Every question asked he had an answer to! I was worried about previous reviews regarding "The doors" Corey explained there's nothing to worry about as it is being worked on. I highly recommend this location!

Abigail, the district manager, was not only extremely responsive to my call and voicemail to the property manager, she was so friendly and answered all my questions. When I signed up for this storage unit, it was through Cube Smart. The property manager and person running the front office were disrespected and incompetent. I had to explain how the hands on the clock worked, like we were in elementary school. So I was worried to call and ask questions. Abigail was wonderful and I am very grateful for the assistance she provided.
