They turned off my autopay and raised my rates without my knowledge. Said they sent an email then they confirmed it never got sent concerning my rate increase. Then they said they sent it in the mail, which again I never received. Not my first problem dealing with them either. This place is very unorganized with negligent workers. There are many better options so its in your best interest to avoid this place.
Came to page to see about another unit, Ms.Dawn was there with a smile n helpful hand and made my move from extra storage space to public storage very easy and extremely comfortable to have my belongings there.

Came to Public Storage because the guy at Extra Space wasnt in the office for my apointment. The lady in the office here is so friendly I felt like sge was really happy to see me. Wont be renting anywhere else from now on.

Nothing short of a great experience! The customer service to me meant everything and it added a personal touch that is lost in today's world with technology. Having someone call me to confirm my reservation the day after booking and help explain to me about the size of each dimension so I made the right choice. It was very helpful and then upon arrival the personal site's name is Erin, andshe couldn't have been more helpful/friendly! As someone that does customer service for a living I understand and value relationships. I will always and only use public storage at this location because of my experience with her.

STARS!!!!
THIS IS FOR EVERYONE OUT THERE CONSIDERING USING PUBLIC STORAGE RUN!!!!!! They misrepresented there 1st month for $99 I never got that and don't be fooled about there prices as soon as they get you to sign on the dotted line they raise the rent and continue raising it until the day you leave. I started out with my rent for a 10x15 no climate control unit for $99 a month within 2 months it had gone up to $220 a month, you're rent is due on the 1st of the month if you don't pay it by the 5th they lock you out of your unit put there lock on it cut yours off mind you everytime they do that you have to pay $20 for a new one and they can get in your locker! I had 2 units but fell on hard times 1 month and they sold it out from under me which was all of our clothing for me my husband and my two 4 yr. Old grandchildren we are raising since there father murdered there mom my daughter 2 years ago. It's been rough but that made it so much harder our rental home had just exploded in mold straight up from the cellar thru the floor boards it was horrible we were left homeless and didn't need public storage to add to our misery.
Unfortunately, having the worst experience with Public Storage. Registration was a nightmare. It’s all self-serve and their kiosk at the rental office froze and there’s nobody on duty to help. In order to gain access to my unit, I had to track down property managers which are very hard to get a hold of or they tell you they aren’t on duty. Customer services is a chat bot and just directs you to the property managers. Even tried contacting through social media and no luck. To return the lock for a refund, it has to be dropped off with the property managers; I’ve been to multiple locations and again, no manager on duty and rental office locked during business hours. Other storage units in the same area are less expensive, have light inside, climate control and are accessible past 6pm. Learn from my mistake as I will be making the switch.

The location is perfect, I feel as though I can walk around the corner and be at office. On top of that the service is impeccable, there always seems to be someone there despite the immaculate cleanliness of the property. I don't know how but give them a raise!!!
Update: I noticed corporate still didn't give the property manager here a raise. I object to this capitalist propaganda. I'm going to write a thorough positive commendation. Even the businesses on either side of the property gave their praise. I asked them myself!!
Customer service reps were just, ok. But Erin(not sure of the spelling) the manager of this property, went above and beyond to help. I had a unique situation that she helped me deal with kindly, and quickly but patiently. Truly, fantastic customer service on her part. Thank you SO much, Erin!!!

Rita is freaking awesome! She's a hard worker and very personable. If it wasn't for her I'd give this place 0 stars and I would not be a customer there because the property itself is a dump. But she does the best she can with it. Public Storage itself as a company is a ripoff. Of all the storage facilities in the area it is more expensive and the units are such a joke. Seriously, look at my pictures. How the hell does a company think that these units are acceptable to rent out and then overcharge their customers while underpaying their staff. This place is lucky to have Rita because she's the only reason I remain loyal to this brand.

Erin is very helpful, went above and beyond. One of the most pleasant and personable people I have ever worked with.
When we arrived,the gate code didn't work and that was a fiasco to fix. Then once inside, the unit had a huge hole in the wall leading to the unit behind. Also unswept, lights didn't work and all around not good. Management needs to check these things when people leave and make appropriate repairs and do maintenance as necessary. After all they are getting paid for the use of the space.
Erin's the best in town. Her communication skills and her customer service skills are top notch. 👌 also very kind, considerate and understanding. 🤗

These people are complete trash. After repeatedly increasing the rent for 2 years we decided to move spaces. Went to move out of my space and they had taken the lock off and there was a ton of things missing. Ownership and management were completely unresponsive which makes me believe that they were involved. DO NOT trust them with your stuff. Life storage is 200 yards away, safer, and less expensive.
Erin is great! Who would believe you can get personal attention at a storage area? She helped me coordinate moving my stuff in and out, responded quickly to my requests, and kept me updated on account changes. She is great, and I feel safe using the facility. Have kept my stuff there for 6+ years with zero issues.
