I stored at this location a little while back, and the manager Charese was so patient with me. I was ill and my out of state move kept getting delayed, but she checked in on me periodically and made sure my reservation stayed active. I was a little concerned about the location, because I was at the part down the street, but there were no problems and my stuff was plenty safe. I really like the staff at this storage place, and I would rent here again.

I want to commend Charese, property manager after KTF had to our church our storage unit for a month. She is AWESOMEEEEE! She goes above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied. This place does not don’t open until 9:30 unlike other public storages in St. Louis Missouri that are 24 hours or at least, 6 AM to 6 PM, I get it you cannot have people’s storage open at night however people have things to do before 9:30 AM. By the way the hours were 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Friday one month ago and now they are 9:30 to 6 And 9:30 AM to five on Saturdays and Sunday’s. And they have old surveillance cameras anyway even if someone did steal anything they don’t have night vision and look at all the people here, it’s already 9:16 I’ve been here since 9 AM. Here is picture proof….h

Anthony at the Ferguson location was awsome, and I'm in Atlanta. After the trouble I had with the staff at the Donald Lee Howell Store didnt make me feel very good about the accuracy of the account notes. Anthony y was able to see it and did an amazing job in helping me. He is truly a team player even miles away. That gave me assurance that every location is not the same. Customer Service was his priority and he went out of his way to help me feel better about this Company. You guys should have him travel here to teach these folks proper customer service techniques and skills, because they seriously lack it here. Please promote him or give him more money because he deserves it. Retrain the Donald Lee Howell Store PLEASE ! I'm giving a 5 star because of Anthony and his Store only. My experience here in this Atlanta location was Horrible.

My experience with Public Storage was Horrible..This establishment and the PS on Wilson Ave needs to replace the whole staff..NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL and they all need proper training..After getting the paperwork wrong three times I asked Karen to lead me to a manager..low and behold she was the Manager...General Manager I might add...I dont not recommend Public Storage..shop around its not worth the headache

I met with India and Karen and would have to say my experience was a tad bit above fantastic their promptness to assist and attention to detail speaks highly of the type of service they provide!!!!
