Jamie provides excellent customer service and always has a very positive attitude!
They keep increasing rent every 3-5 months. They added a second code machine for elevators which doesn’t work with the app. The now on move out only one elevator is working. Also waiting for the elevator each time for 5-10 minutes when there only one other person in the building. Btw also would like to know what temp the building is supposed to be.

In this district OK Jamie at the Lisa store location displays excellent customer service. It is not just a one time. Good deal this is something that can’t be taught and she is one that shows empathy sympathy, and pure. Excellent customer service.

You can book things online but when you're actually there and need a human cuz you haven't received the email and there's no one there for your scheduled appointment. It's really hard to get inside to store your stuff.
The facility is great. Clean, convenient, and staffed with friendly knowledgeable people. Their business practices on the other are terrible. I have had my unit for almost 2 years and the price has doubled and continues to go up. Shop around before deciding on Public Storage. The initial price is pretty and shiny but it won't stay that way for long.
I've gotten stuck.on their elevator twice....don't do it!

Clean and safe.
This is a nicely designed facility. Unfortunately the company uses a strategy of offering customers a reasonable initial teaser rate, then makes dramatic increases (30-40%) in the monthly rent with each anniversary, knowing nobody wants to go through all the trouble of moving their stuff again. Beware of this price gouging if you plan to use the facility for longer term storage. I wish now I'd chosen a different company.
Absolutely amazing service, storage, and idea. Extremely clean, organized, and simple to use. They were there when I needed them the most, and with how simple and effective it is to sign up, unlock the doors, and deliver items into my storage unit, working with Public Storage was an amazing experience.
Jamie is who I worked with there and she was pleasant, easy to talk to, and expedient with ensuring I was all set when I no longer needed the storage space. I recommend Public Storage to anyone looking for a self-storage unit who desires excellent service and excellent conditions for the facility and unit itself.
