Very Happy to leave a Great REVIEW for the great customer service that I receive on a Day I Really Needed It Help… From Dae. here at the James Avery Road Public Storage facility. The first part of this month, July 2025 I needed to go into my storage unit for the first time and unfortunately something had fell on the inside and was wedged up against the door and I couldn’t get it open. I went to the front office and had told the representative exactly what I was experiencing and DAE was on shift and said she’d be more than happy to help unfortunately with both of us trying to get the door open which lifts up like a garage door it was very difficult because whatever was on the other side. It was wedged up against their pretty tight but when we got it partially up just a little bit she was able to crawl underneath basically on the ground. There’s no floor. It’s just on the ground and then moved everything away from it so we can be able to push the door open. I wish that we could have more customer service like this at a lot of the facilities, the stores in a number of other places that we visit on a regular unfortunately we don’t always get this great customer service and it sometimes is a thankless job. I highly suggest that she be trying to be a trainer after she gets her feet wet a little bit that she needs to become a manager I do to suggest that someone is listening and reading this review and gives her a raise. Yes A raise in pay is much needed. If you need any other suggestions,. I would be more than happy to help thank you thank you thank you again for the excellent customer service. Sherry.

Public Storage was a very good place to keep my storage for secure. The office personnel (Amanda and Iris) was very kind, helpful, informative, and supportive!! I would highly recommend using this location. Hopefully the traveling lanes to units will be updated very soon. Had a couple small items break but nothing major or sentimental. Also wish the hours would extend for customers that work 12+ hours a day. Closing at 9pm when you have an access code is ridiculous. Thank you all for the stay for my things. I appreciate yall! Would highly recommend!!!
