The lovely customer service rep that helped me out today defined what everyone should strive for in customer service! I actually ended up needing a bit larger space for convenience, and not only was it not a hassle by any means, but that rep took me out to look at the available spots. She showed me the spots she had available, including the spot I had originally reserved. There was no pressure on her part to “upsell” a higher paying spot, just a genuine offer to physically see the difference in spots so I could see exactly what I was getting. She actually listened to my questions, was patient in answering them, and went out of her way to make sure that it was a good fit for my needs. I’m terrible with remembering names, but I believe her name was Izeta. Who would have thought that a self storage place would have such great hospitality? Super awesome experience!

The attended was ver helpful
Our RV was stolen along with 2 others about a month after parking it there for the winter. Of course it was in the spot that the cameras couldn’t see. They also somehow had a code to get out with the RV. Although the staff was helpful, all around a terrible experience. The thrives cut the fence and used drills to break into the vehicle. They were clearly experts.
I just recently won a unit from this facility and the lady helped me was Amanda and she was amazing. Couldn’t had ask for better customer service than she provided. Hope to do business with her again.

I’ve been renting storage space here for several years with several storage units, recently my work trailer and rv trailer (and others) has been broken into 3 successful times with a loss of thousands and just this week another theft attempt was unsuccessful only because I’ve taken extreme measures to secure my property with welding. Nothing has been done to secure and protect our property by the owners, in fact when we’ve addressed these issues with management they say “we’re working on it”, there are No cameras in the back, fences that have been compromised for thieves to easily enter that are still NOT fixed, and to add insult to injury they sent out a letter raising our rent!!! Please reconsider renting from this place particularly the knob town location

Earlier I wasn't sure about the hours or why the door was locked but after getting off the phone with Amanda it was gently explained and she was very nice and helpful and told me a lot of good information about the property that I didn't know. Her customer service is on point and the friendly vibes is a welcoming aspect. If the door is locked then they aren't there but a appointment is urged especially if you need an appointment to talk to some one about a unit or payments. Friendly and reliable thank you.
