I enjoy the service here. It’s my kind of pace. They let you do things independently and if you have any questions, they’re happy to help you. First time getting a unit was easy, and the man assisting me was kind, patient and helpful. Today, I’m updating to a new unit for a great price and being helped by the site manager. She’s been just as kind and helpful. I’m thankful to have a place to store my stuff where everyone has been nothing but pleasant and allowed me to be quite independent when I don’t need services.

Being retired military, I moved around...A LOT!! I have used MANY storage facilities in the past. Extra Space Storage was by the absolute BEST facility I have ever used. The staff was friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean, climate control was as advertised (unlike some other places I've used), the double security was very effective, and best yet, they provided numerous actual working carts to haul my equipment back and forth! I highly recommend Extra Space Storage and will definitely use them again if and when I am in need of a storage facility!

Great experience renting a storage space online! It was a very short and an easy process. The facility is very clean and has great lighting. The elevators are huge and the storage unit is secure with access codes to enter the building. The office manager was very professional and helpful. Very helpful. And they do lock checks daily. I made a mistake not properly removing the lock from the unit during the checkout process that could have cost me another months rent. The front office manager has always had a smile & been hospitable & helpful. The facility is clean and well ventilated. Very easy to access & centrally located, we’ve been quite pleased with our experience at Extra Space Storage. In all, the customer service, cleanliness, and convenience is top notch!

I drove straight to the unit & it was ready for me! When I talked to the employee, Jon about needing a bigger unit. He explained to me that my unit actually had multiple doors and walked up to show me! It turned out to be perfect! Thanks again!
Best storage place ever!!!! Super clean super comfortable and trust me I’ve been storing my house stuff for almost 2 years after we sold our house, yes per pandemic.......at Storage Mart which was old dirty and VERY EXPENSIVE!

Our unit has easy access and very spacious. The unit was clean and it's surrounding. The front office workers were very friendly and most helpful. So if you're looking for a place to store your belongings this is it and very secure.

Very clean and easy to work with. I would highly recommend this storage place. Paid for 2 months and had nothing moved in yet and they gave me a 100.00 credit. I didn’t ask for the credit they offered. I could not ask for kinder people. Again…..the cleanest storage place I have ever seen.

It's a great place to get your things put up in temperature controlled year around. They made it easy to get started and are good help with questions.
Facility is super clean. Ease of renting a unit online was amazing. Booked online, showed up next day, lock was inside ready for use. Loaded some things up to store until we purchase house in the next year. Very secure with double entry. Loved that rolling carts were available to use. Grateful this Extra Space is right down the road to unload some of our storage from our temporary condo. Highly recommend!
Very friendly staff. When I tried reserving online, there was a computer glitch. I called the number and spoke with a representative who took my information, and had the local manager call me. We were able to get things taken care of in a matter of minutes. I would definitely recommend them.
