Reviews
We needed to find short term storage for the belongings of two of our children attending the university of Minnesota. I found the storage facility to be clean, safe and in a good location. Everything is done on their phone app, including lease signing, building entry, and lease termination . I found the staff to be attentive and helpful with any questions I had.
If your reading this, and you've come searching for answers, I may not have them, but together we may find the truth. If this sounds like what your looking for (other than a new place to store your belongings) than make sure and check out the pictures ive posted with this review. Current renters only please. Oh, and before I forget, let me sprinkle in a cautionary statement to the entrepreneurial folks who manage this organization: Before you go flagging my review, just think about how much worse this could be. I mean gosh, I gave you a whole five stars more than you deserve. There are other platforms on the web, and your a recognizable brand. The right content in the wrong places and... you get the idea.
For the record- other than the bogus reviews that were planted from fake accounts, every positive comment that has been written about Kevin is totaly spot on. Kevin, im sorry that you have gotten tangled up in this mess. You deserve way better. Your one of the most approachable guys I've ever met and I instantly trusted you from the first conversation we had. I like you so much, that it is making it difficult to make rational decisions regarding this delema, and damn it, you owe me a beer for that, later! For now, just know that if things don't turn out the way you want with these people, you can come work with me, and ill never treat you like these people have.

However, the facility itself needs a deep clean and the roof being fixed was terribly noisy. I felt bad for Kevin having to deal with all the noise while he was helping customers. Kevin represents the best of customer service and also deserves to have least two assistants for all the work he was doing to keep the facility in good shape by himself. Give this man a raise and a promotion (and extra hands to assist with the work on site!)!! Exceptional customer service is rare these days and Kevin is the best I've met in a long time anywhere.

I switched over from Extra Space Storage for my businesses, whom I had been with for a couple years. Public Storage does not have the most up-to-date facility, but it excels in having mobile gate access and drive-up access.
I also have to commend this location for having an amazing facilities manager. Kevin was knowledgeable, flexible, friendly and readily assisted in walking me through the process for setting up my new storage units. He has been great to work with. I was able to get my units as close to each other as possible while getting a reasonable price.
Overall, I highly recommend this facility. Happy so far!
Sure, it might not be the newest facility out there, but it's clean, secure, convenient and very well managed. Kevin in the main office is fantastic -- knowledgeable, understanding, and really helpful. I got my times mixed up and forgot that the whole place (not just the office) closes at 6. I was so worried my movers wouldn't be able to get there in time, but we showed up in the nick of time and Kevin was AWESOME and let us off load into my storage unit and stay a bit after for me. I can start right away by saying that Kevin saved my bacon! I won’t go into detail, but it was a very difficult situation and I was at the end of my nerves and the business was officially closing, but Kevin just kept really patient and helped me to get sorted out to where I wasn’t worried about anything at the end of the whole process! I can say that because of him I would choose this business (even at higher prices) because you get someone who knows how to run a business and still take care of customers and that’s not always easy; especially in my case! Kevin got me sorted out so that I was able to get a better storage unit and then trusted me to hold up an agreement (which I will honor)! So I really am grateful he put a deal together that I could still afford in the end, because Thais was a fragile time for me when I was literally starting to count the dollars I had left in my checking account! So if your looking for a storage solution search no further and you can sleep better knowing there are professionals there who can provide great solutions if you ever get into a situation!

Luckily, we found this facility to store our motorhome after a bad experience at another storage company. We appreciated the spacious parking area that enabled us to safely drive our motorhome in and out. In addition, the facility is conveniently located just off I94 near the Minneapolis/St. Paul border. Security is good with high fences and limited access hours. We would certainly use this facility again. Staff were always helpful and available.
This place is not the greatest as a whole.But the property manager Kevin is a good human being and a very helpful and is knowledgeable about his job
This location is run very well. Each garage is prepped and ready for the next renter with lock/key and insurance options. Kevin is easy to work and knows his job. He really cares about his customers and business. Also, he helped me get the best rates possible for the two garages I'm renting. I highly recommend this Public Storage.

I had accidentally left some of my belongings outside my storage unit, and Kevin went the extra mile by reviewing the extensive security footage, contacting individuals who had visited the storage facility that day, identifying them, and successfully recovering my items within a day. What makes this place 5 stars is the people that work there. Kevin is one of the most genuine people who you can tell really cares and tries to help you out any way he can. When I moved in he had a young blonde kid show me around. He was very helpful in explaining everything and the different doors and even where the dolleys are. We had a great experience at this Public Storage. My wife and I needed to re-organize and pack up the belongings in our unit--a hard task that took multiple days. The manager, Kevin, went out of his way to be helpful and understanding. He answered every question we had, sold us some last minute packing material that made a huge difference, had a great sense of humor, and made what could have been very stressful into a very positive experience.

A great place for storage. Setting up an account and making monthly payments is super easy. I never had any issues accessing my unit, and loading things in and out was a breeze thanks to the elevators and carts they have on site. The conditions of the space are good. I would certainly use this location for any storage needs in the future!

Great place, Kevin who helped me in the office did a great job. He is friendly, knows his job well and even went the extra mile to make sure me and one other customer were all set at our lockers. He even pushed the cart when he was showing me where to go. Very clean and secure. Anyone who rents here should be very happy. Kevin deserves a raise and bonus! Thank you for all of your help.
