Storage is really incredible and so easy to access! I love that it is climate controlled because it definitely keeps your belongings dry and without moisture. I have had storage somewhere else before, and even though it was supposed to be climate controlled, all my papers, books, and photos became buckled from the moisture. 😞
I also really love the perk of being able to use your phone/device to access the storage, especially with 24/7 access. 📱 It is so nice and easy—just push a button and you can open the gate, the doors, and even access the elevators. No keys or searching for codes, just easy access! 🙌

We arrived to the place. I used my phone storage app to open the gate, we went through the app worked. I had my storage unit # ,it was locked & looked, opened unit door and got out what we needed and closed door to the unit up. Locked it up again and made sure it was locked up right & tight. The facility is exceptionally clean and well maintained. As first-time storage renters, we were unsure of the process, but the on-site manager was extremely helpful and took the time to clearly explain everything and direct us to the appropriate area. From that point forward, accessing the unit has been very simple, and the gated entry system makes getting in and out of the facility both easy and secure. Overall, the entire experience has been smooth, efficient, and very convenient. We would highly recommend this facility to anyone in need of storage services.

Laquioa at Public Storage at Hiawatha location in Minneapolis is THE BEST. She reserved and booked several units for me and truly knows the value of great customer service! Very professional, knows the answers to any questions I ask, and is always happy and friendly. Goes the extra mile! There’s lots of storage places along Hiawatha but I’ll always choose PS because of Laquioa! Hands down she’s the sole reason I choose PS!!

Great staff. Clean facility. Plenty of security. Everything you can ask for to protect your stuff! If you bring something to their attention. They are very quick to investigate and make sure nothing is going on. Moved to this facility from Savage and definitely don’t regret it. The docks are a huge bonus for moving thing in and out easily!
