I just recently upgraded from a normal storage unit that was a 5x5 to a climate controlled 10x5 and was definitely worth upgrading! I would highly recommend a bigger space and climate controlled if possible!
I am pleasantly surprised at the top to bottom renovation of this facility! They have done a huge transformation here. It has been painted and refreshed from top to bottom. It looks like brand new.

I had a great experience with Brian in a transfer from one unit to another. He was so helpful and happy to help me to make the transition go as smooth as possible. I do not like to do everything online and he explained how the process would be done and reassured me that I would not be charged for 2 units the following month.

Brian was great to work with. There had been an issue with my credit due to someone stealing my identity. I was told all my creditors would be notified and changed to new card but that didn’t happen. He helped me get the correct information and reversed the charges. He was very friendly and easy to work with!

We reserved a unit online and went into the office to finish up the process. Sara helped us and was very friendly, professional, and overall had great customer service.
Sara informed us that the unit that was assigned to us online had issues with ice buildup so she was switching us to a different unit. She automatically ensured that the $1 first month and price special that we reserved online was honored, despite the new unit being a higher cost in the system. I greatly appreciated her taking the time for that.
The facility is clean and well kept up with. We saw Sara walking around outside looking for and picking up any trash on the property.
Overall, very happy with our experience.
