To start they are deceptive about the hours of operations so false advertisement there because no one’s on site. Rude online customer service absolutely NEVER use this facility… I am most definitely making a complaint with BBB and the Attorney general office.

They jacked up my rent to $210/month for a 10'x10' unit. I found one for a fraction of the price somewhere closer to home. I tried calling several times and left VM, and was never called back. Every time I tried to go to the office, no matter the time of day, there was never any staff on duty. Unprofessional.

Krystal was amazing here!! She accommodated me on a Sunday morning and showed me a couple of units to pick from. The property was clean and very quiet! One of the better Public Storages I’ve worked with in past years. She also offered some great tips on how to save a few bucks and have the best experience here. I had trouble reserving a unit online, but when i went into the office, the gentleman in the office helped above and beyond what he could have. He straightened out the glitch caused by the online program, and was so patient and friendly.
