Such a rude service from a black woman from the reception (unfortunately I don’t know her name) is really impressive. She didn’t get into the situation when we rented a car and drove for 2.30 hours through traffic to get our things. We arrived 20 minutes before closing and asked her to just let us out a few minutes later; we were in a hurry to pick up our things and didn’t have time to pick up several things. She told us to get out or she would call the police. And tomorrow we will spend the whole day and $200 on renting a car again because this woman refused to wait for us up to 5 minutes (seriously?!).
She was so impolite in communication that I would recommend that everyone avoid this storage and advise management to pay attention and select staff more carefully.
So disappointed, didn't get to use my unit space due to mouse droppings being everywhere. Couldn't get a refund, because the administration fee is non refundable, even though I didn't use the storage because it was a health hazard. It's was no way they cleaned the unit out after I rented it. All the black spots in the pictures are mice droppings. It was the small 5x5 unit.

I'm not the type of person to leave a review but after being accommodated by Johanna I just had to. I just moved out from this unit after having it for about a year, and Johanna is the only employee there that made me feel at home in a sense. She has great customer service skills with even better conversation, speaking on the phone felt like talking to an old friend and all the times we've spoke she always made me feel like she cared.
