Kim was my angel last Saturday, when I was trying to get my stuff moved. I had to leave for a bit and she called to tell me a storm was moving in and was afraid my stuff would get soaked. I have used this storage facility for a year and a half and wasn’t always thrilled with the manager. She is so personable and understanding and is so helpful. She has definitely changed my view of Public Storage and the five star rating is due to her. All businesses need employees who care about their customers. I would now recommend this facility because of her kindness!!! Kiddos Kim, you made a stressful situation bearable. Thank you.

She went above and beyond in making sure I had what I needed (unit and lock), explaining the paperwork (and providing a copy of it), making sure I knew how to use the gate code, and showing me where my unit would be. 10/10 definitely recommend! :)
