Lady inside was very nice and helpful
Always clean, and the temp is a comfortable and consistent year round. Never have any issues with access, always plenty of hand carts available. They even have a restroom and water fountain if you are going to be there a while.
Their app was recently updated and works really well. Unlocking the gates and elevator are a single click, everything on the front page.
The staff at this particular public storage is excellent. There was a glitch of some kind on my account earlier today, which spoke about a lean and possible auctioning payment was made Saturday and the guy was so upset about it, he looked to see if he could help as far as my late fees and he was able to get both may and June's laid fees. Off to contribute. Next month's rent, they are just fabulous. Anybody needing story space there, you should definitely use it as exceptionally clean, extremely secure and the staff is outstanding hats off to Amber. And in the guy I talked to today, I don't know his name but he was fabulous.

We've had our storage unit at this location for a couple of years now. We currently rent an indoor, climate controlled unit. The facilities are always super clean, and the climate control always seems like it's doing its job! I was hesitant to store our stuff, especially long term, but I've been extremely happy with this location and with the staff.
I had a couple questions about our account, and I left a voicemail. Amber returned my call within the hour! She was prompt, courteous, and I was happy to know that she was the one handling my questions and concerns.

I contacted Public Storage to get information on a short term storage solution. Amber immediately reached out and answered all my questions. I set up an appt and met with her in person. She walked me around and showed me where everything was and different size of units to make sure the size would fit my needs. The facility was clean and appeared to be well taken care of. Would recommend to a friend.
The only thing that I noticed is when you have a big item to unload and want to pull into the gate. People are not always courteous in ensuring they move forward to allow others in. Amber said she is aware and try’s to ask those individuals to do so.
Transfered from 2units to one larger. The ladies in the office were extremely helpful in helping us figuring out what would work best and making the transfer extremely easy. Would highly recommend.

I have been renting here just over a year and to be honest, I was considering moving to another storage company. The previous manager didn’t keep things nice and was not approachable. However, I just met the new manager, Amber, and what a difference! Amber approached me today and asked if I had any issues or needed anything. Wow, that’s never happened. I let her know about a few issues and she promptly addressed, and fixed them. 2 months ago my review was a 2 star, but now, we are back to a 5 star. Please come see Amber if you have any storage needs. I will be staying.

I used a unit for nearly 5 months. The facility was extremely clean, and my furniture looked great when I came to move out. Zero issues with access and they were extremely helpful when I was getting settled in. I would definitely use this location again.

Came in today and spoke with a lovely girl named Megan. It was my first time getting storage and I was nervous but she assured me it was safe and secure! She showed me the cameras and let me know my code would only work for my floor. She even walked me around and showed me how to download the app on my phone to get easier access.very polite young lady definitely recommend this place with such great staff!

Only issues I had was people parking their cars inside and even when they would only have 1 item… cars should have to park in parking spot and walk their things in. Uhaul and trucks should be the only kinds of cars allowed in the port! But if the workers could watch the cameras and see cars are blocking others from coming in and get them to move forward this wouldn’t be an issue! Other then that it’s a great place!!!
I had fallen on some hard financial times and was in jeopardy of losing my storage. It is filled with many precious and irreplaceable items. When I came in to find out my options I spoke with a Megan. She was very kind and understanding. She told me my options and did not make me feel judged for falling behind on my payments. This is not something you encounter anymore. Megan’s customer service is top notch. She is the only person I will deal with from now on

Super cool the storage units come with a lock so you don't have to buy one separate. They even have little carts that you can use to transport your stuff from your vehicle to your unit

They do need a sign to tell customers in the loading/unloading are to pull forwarded all the way in the bay. People pull in, just far enough for the doors to close and no one else can get in to start loading/unloading.

Just set up a 10x10 unit with this facility today the pricing is amazing compared to extra space storage where my current storage was at. Talking about saving money a 10x10 with public storage is under a $100 with insurance. Extra space storage is charging me for the same size unit $170 a month which is just stupid money to pay for a unit of that size. I've been with extra space for years in the price goes up all the time. Glad they built this public storage building not far from my house so I could move out of the other place in save myself money. This new building is only a few months old in they have carts to help move more things to your unit. Nice lighting in have elevators for the units on the other floors. I have a unit on the second floor the elevators help out a lot. The manager meril is a great help she got me sey up right away with my unit for me to move in fast in easy. She was also a big help with helping me getting one of the carts to my unit cause my 10 year old daughter was having issues pushing it threw the halls. She's a very nice person in a great help. I will be recommending others to come to this facility for storage and great pricing.
