I have a problem. The trouble is that other companies need to have this level of customer service. So, when I go visit the next company, whether I’m getting wings, a cup of coffee, or rent a storage unit, Jacquita did MORE than her job!!. This is a problem because she has set my expectations so high that other businesses should STRETCH to such a standard.

Well the most rewarding thing , My better half and I have succeeded in accomplishing , was taking care of my in-laws until their passing this past year. Public storage was so kind , compassionate, hospitable and professional in helping us. By providing the perfect storage unit to take care of the last of parent's family heirlooms , until we could have the time and money to ship them to their new homes with distant family members. The location is perfect. The units were dry , well kept (no rodents or bugs) modern climate controlled secured facilities . The open hours were accessible from 6:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Most all days. I am very late with this review as I was supposed to do it a month ago however, my experience with this location was mostly positive Felicia and her manager were excellent at helping me change my storage unit and getting me moved in. She was patient and understanding walked me through all the steps and helped me get moved in. I appreciate her so much. The only issue I had is not with her, but with public storage, the code given were not accurate, and I did not have access to the building as promised through the website, I had to wait until they were open two days later this had nothing to do with Felicia and the public storage staff. Overall, the facility is clean and quiet, and I feel that my things are safe here. Great location.

I have never rented a storage unit before until my recent move. I came into this location on Monday and I was unsure what I was looking for. I explained my situation and we discussed how large of a unit I would need. We walked around and spoke about the security benefits and how they check locks everyday to make sure they aren't tampered with. After renting the unit, he gave me a card with his name and stated he was the manager and if I ever have any questions or issues he would be happy to help me. The whole experience was wonderful and He really helped put my mind at ease. I highly recommend this store because of the manager and his willingness to care. A++ on customer service.

I had a wonderful experience yesterday at this location. I was going through a very difficult time, and Louie was so helpful and got every completed for me. He is truly an asset to this store.
The whole entire setup for getting a unit was simple and easy. The location is nice looking and highly secured with gate codes, phone apps access points, and security cameras. The pricing for my unit was very fair, definitely a recommend location to store your goods.
We initially had a different storage unit lined up but when we arrived, we had to wait 30 minutes for a unit that ended up having a bad leak.
We came over to public storage on McGinnis Ferry Rd as a walk in and met Louie. He was fantastic! He was patient with with us, understood our concerns, and gave us a tour of the units available/building. He made sure to answer all of our questions and took his time to ensure we were happy! The units and building are very clean as well! Highly recommend! Thank you Louie for saving the day!
