I was able to book my storage unit the day before without any hassle. Once I set everything up online and downloaded the app my experience was seamless. My unit was clean and secure, remote entry to both the gate and for the building, and an app that tells me everything I need to know. I am loving my experience so far.

It was my first time buying auctions in this area and had an amazing experience here. Exactly the opposite of what I expected. Everyone was smiling and helpful and went above and beyond to show us everything we needed to know. I actually left in a better mood than when I entered. Highly impressed.
Janice and Angela assisted me for two hours on the phone with issues I was having with the Horton Road location. They had so much patience, grace,and courtesy. I am still disappointed with the Horton road location but Janice and Angela made my day a little better.

My experience with public storage was horrible. My brand new furniture was only in storage for a yr and was ruined. It had water damaged and could hear rats moving in the walls, most of my things had mildew on it. Please beware when dealing with them
