I just moved in yesterday. I was a customer a year ago and decided to return because of their Presidents’ Day special rate. After my initial reservation, I realized the unit was too small, so I transferred to a larger one the next day. Angela was very accommodating and ensured I still received the special rate. Ms. Kathy was also very pleasant over the phone and incredibly helpful.
The ladies in the office were amazing! Especially Angela, she accommodated me by switching me out to a bigger unit. The unit is clean!

had my unit for 2 years now. the elevator has been down for over a year and the rates keep increasing! i can’t get my furniture out of unit and property management sucks. they more so listen with their mouths than their ears. customer assistance a 1 star

I was able to book my storage unit the day before without any hassle. Once I set everything up online and downloaded the app my experience was seamless. My unit was clean and secure, remote entry to both the gate and for the building, and an app that tells me everything I need to know. I am loving my experience so far.
Kathy and Angela were truly amazing and so so helpful. Angela’s name soothes her perfectly because she was truly an absolute Angel. Kathy was so patient and helpful, even during my rants, she patiently listened and went above and beyond to make sure I was ok. For that, I am so grateful. Both are amazing and absolute angels.

It was my first time buying auctions in this area and had an amazing experience here. Exactly the opposite of what I expected. Everyone was smiling and helpful and went above and beyond to show us everything we needed to know. I actually left in a better mood than when I entered. Highly impressed.
Janice and Angela assisted me for two hours on the phone with issues I was having with the Horton Road location. They had so much patience, grace,and courtesy. I am still disappointed with the Horton road location but Janice and Angela made my day a little better.

My experience with public storage was horrible. My brand new furniture was only in storage for a yr and was ruined. It had water damaged and could hear rats moving in the walls, most of my things had mildew on it. Please beware when dealing with them
