I rented a storage unit at Publicstorage unit at Roswell Road in Sandy Springs GA. When I went there today in the afternoon she welcomed me with a smile and took me to the storage unit, took time to explain where to park truck and the code needed to open the door. She made me to open the door so that I know how to open. Then we walked back to office and within no time finished the paper work and handed me two locks one for front door and other for back door. The place is well maintained and clean. I highly recommend this storage who lives in the vicinity of this place. Overall i will give 5 stars to

Facility is very clean and storage units are immaculate. It is fairly easy to get in and out of in a moving truck. But what sets this location apart is the staff. Every time I visit I notice the staff cleaning up, doing rounds to check locks and units, etc - very attentive. The staff are professional, friendly and always helpful. On a recent visit Patrick and Latoya went out of their way to lend a hand. Especially Patrick - he set aside the paper work he was doing to come out and assist me with something that was not his responsibility. Who still does that these days? Top notch service! I highly recommend this location to anyone in Sandy Springs looking for convenient storage in many sizes.
