Very difficult to get in touch with a actual person. I cancelled my subscription the day after I was supposed to move in & was not refunded the rent. I cancelled since the online pictures do not accurately represent the 2600 lawrenceville hwy location. Online has pictures of a new building, in person is icky. In addition, I couldn't login to my account with the current GA rental since it kept pulling up the NC rental that I vacated 1 whole month prior. I left a message to get tech support # & never got a call back. So no, I will not work with a company that is so slow to resolve issues that they created when there are other options.

The property manager here is awesome! Great customer service(consistently) quick to problem resolve and the Bldg is alwaysssss clean! I always stop by the office to say hi to her because it always smells so good plus the manager is super friendly! I also needed to call the DM one time and he was quick to return my vmail and assist me with my needs, thank you PS!
