I came in the inquire about a storage I couldn't even get anybody to come out and see what I wanted but you could hear him upstairs and your own camera I'm glad I didn't have anything in stores and that I need to get out quick
I could not get in with the code that they provided someone had to let me in then I couldn’t get out of that unit. I pay all this money and I do not like that having access to the units.

Why can’t I pay on app when making late payment on the second or third? I go to location no one’s in the office. Go to website for information and there’s only access hours. Public Storage thirsty! Can’t make payment on app charging for payment on website! I will be relocating asap!!

I lost my keys. The manager there had my lock cut off and put her own lock on the locker so that it would be secure until I showed up.
