I was referred to this particular storage unit facility through my sister. I had the pleasure of meeting and working with Chad, he was very knowledgeable about the different size storage units I would need for my items. I recently visited the Public Storage location to secure a unit, and I had the pleasure of working with Chad. What could have been a confusing and stressful process was made incredibly easy and pleasant, thanks entirely to his expertise and professionalism.
From the moment I walked in, Chad was attentive and welcoming. I had several questions regarding unit sizes, access hours, and the different insurance options. Chad took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, making sure I fully understood the lease terms without rushing me. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the facility and helped me select the perfect size unit for my needs, ensuring I wasn't paying for wasted space.
His efficiency in handling the paperwork was also outstanding. He had me set up with my unit, gate code, and all necessary information in record time, all while maintaining a warm and friendly demeanor. It's clear that Chad takes immense pride in his work and truly cares about the customer experience.

Worst location and worst rental company to do business with. Customer service is nonexistent. I called to inquire about a recent increase in my rent. First, they take forever to answer the phone and when they do, their employees are rude and disrespectful. The lady had an attitude and laughed when I simple asked her the question. She said they do evaluations every 6 month and rent pricing can go up based on that. I’ve rented storage units before and never heard of this scheming system. I will be taking my stuff somewhere else.

From the time I initially rented a storage unit until the time I gave notice, Tan has been that person that is clearly about business, but also knows how to talk to her public. Tan also sold me things that I needed as an add-on. We laughed at how I use to ask customers at Home Depot if they needed brushes/rollers when they were purchasing paint. 😃 Add-ons prevent customers from stopping elsewhere!
The system, which was initially set up for auto-pay generated an additional payment from my account AFTER notice was given AND all my things were vacated. I spoke with Rebecca in customer service who then transferred me to another and another (we all know how it goes) and finally was able to speak with a manager who gave only his first name even though he required my full name…no worries. 😉
John was extremely rude and told me that it was done and asked if there was ANYTHING else he could help me with.

I have used public storage in the past and am extremely disappointed in the way I was overcharged and THEN mistreated on top of that! They are refusing to refund the $77 overcharge. 🤬

I've met her previously at another location and she truly deserves these 5 stars!! Very attentive to your needs and will make sure you leave knowing that your possessions are in good hands. My experience was awesome. The receptionist at the Forest Park location was very professional and helpful. She contacted me a day before move in and gave me easy instructions. Moving in was a breeze. The price is also very reasonable.
My son and I have had our things at the 4889 Old Dixie Hwy, Storage in Georgia since January of this year. I gave it 4 stars because Rickeena gave us great service today. Prior to Rickeena I was given incorrect information when I signed up, was advised didn't know why the payment was increasing or how to add an authorized person onto the account. Thankfully, Rickeena answered all of those questions on one call and did it with kindness. Would only like to speak to her from now on

Tan is LAZY, WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, and COMPLAINS ABOUT HER JOB!!! She also has man sitting outside the facility ALL DAY!!! Sometimes be in there running her mouth to him instead of working TRASH ARE IN HALLWAYS AND STAIRCASES, she is hardly in the office!! This property needs NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP!!!!

AVOID THIS LOCATION. I did a reservation online yesterday and then came in today. Theres no one in the office. I needed to give them my insurance info. Sign said OPEN but no staffing door locked. I got an email that advised that the lock they charged me for would be in my unit. It was not but this place was really dirty like trash everywhere and one gate was open so im like what I need this access code for anyone can drive in. So my intuition was like Nah your stuff is not safe here at all. So I called to cancel reservation and they said they wouldnt refund me the $29 dollar administration fee. Who what administration? i got no help so there was no staffing. My unit was clearly not cleaned out trash all up in it and you charged me for a lock that wasn't even put in my unit bc you have no employees and then I couldn't even speak to staff when I got on the property because you had no staff so you basically just stealing people's money. Now im looking for another storage unit and I definitely don't think imma go with public storage at all bc of the thievery. And yeah i tried to give it no stars but Google wouldn't let me. So that one star is not accurate

Worst Business Practice. I Bought a unit in Auction. After getting to the located, I discovered that they staged a unit for sell. They put leftover trash from other units together to make it look full. Then placed a BROKEN 65" Flat screen TV Screen down on top. That why buyers would bid on the TV thinking they are getting a good unit. Instead of throwing the trash away, you sell it under misleading pretends. BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE TO SELL BROKEN GOOD AND TRASH UNDER MISLEADING PRETEXT
