The manager Tammie is a Great Example of what CUSTOMER SERVICE is. Although the system at her location 3291 CampCreek Parkway, East Point, Ga. was down which is the location I most desired for my unit, she made calls which resulted in me getting my unit the same day. She also physically showed me my unit in person,not just suggesting that I view it on line. The next day when I couldn't get in the gate due to a public storage error, Tammie took the time with me and other customers to give us temporary codes to access our property until the error was resolved. She was very professional yet understanding all while keeping a friendly demeanor during this time of inconvenience. I really wish there were more people like Tammie in customer service.

I just recently moved out after being at this storage unit for about 6 months. Literally was an amazing experience! The rental process was super easy. When I first got there Tammy helped me out with the entire process. Made sure I understood everything since it was my first time and helped me get set up through the app. This location has cameras, a gate and you can access the entrance through your phone if you don’t remember your code. Everything was ALWAYS clean. And the staff here are literally TOP TIER!! Tammy who I dealt with a lot coming in and out to grab things was so incredibly sweet, attentive, informative and you can just tell like she really cared about her job and the people renting there. She addressed me always by name. I don’t know how she remembers everyone. And OMG one time I accidentally forgot to lock my storage. She called, told me, reassured me she checked everything out (including camera footage) to make sure everything was good and she placed a temporary lock for me until I returned. Like the staff here is what put the Cherry on top. Check out was so seamless and easy. Costumer service was so great, I was honestly a little sad to leave because Tammy was just that awesome. I will always use this public storage in future. Really great experience at this location!

This storage company goes up on their rent every few months despite the financial hardship and tragedies the world is now facing. They are a bit expensive for the units and services they are providing, especially since they have issues with rats on the Stone Mountain, GA property I was renting my storage unit and they some how get inside of the customers units and cut up stuff. Rent at your own risk.

I gave this place 2 stars only because using the app to enter and exit the property was convenient anytime of the day. This place was completely nasty. The ceiling in the unit was deteriorating. The were dirt and rodent dropping all over my stuff when I moved out. No one ever in the office when I called about a concern or complaint. Do use this place. Pay the extra money and go somewhere else

A few days later I inquired with Ms. Tammie about a climate controlled unit and she informed me that they had none at her location but she would speak to her DM to see what they could do for me. Well she called back about 30 minutes later to inform me.that it would all work out in favor. She made sure I knew exactly what to do in order make my move to the new location smooth. Tammy was a great help with my process. Because of Covid, I was prompted by the 1800 # to do my initial paperwork online. However, when I got to the unit, the unit was smaller than I had anticipated. With her supervisor's approval, Tammy was able to cancel my original contract and give me a new one with ease. Her professionalism exceeded my expectations and I was able to make my flight on time. Tammy provided top notch service with a smile.

5 Stars! 5 Stars 5 Stars for KIERRA that works the Campcreek location near I 285. I am a Retired Veterans that served my country for 23 years. I needed storage for my household goods due to a renovation of my property. I looked at several places throughout the day and at 4:00 PM I was tried, exhausted, frustrated and in a desperate situation. I was flying out of town the next day so I was pressed for time. I went to the PS on Campcreek Parkway and KIERRA was welcoming and warming. She took the time to see what I needed and how she could alleviate my stress. She showed me a wonderful unit for a great price. While inspecting it I noted a whole in the roof and she confirmed that that was the only unit remaining for that cost. The others were at least $100 more per month. I was devastated and did not know what to do. All the locations near us were scheduled to close in 25 mins. KIERRA took charge, she called several PS locations and found a unit that fit my needs. She spoke to the clerk at the location that happen to be a new employee, and helped the new clerk navigate through the system to get me the same rate she could not honor at her location. I was able to move 3 rooms of furniture to a temp control unit and KIERRA exceeded my expectations. As a Soldier, I know professionalism & dedication. A few days ago, I called the location where I stored my life's treasures and KIERRA answered the phone, I was so excited to speak to her again. She assisted me and reviewed my bill ensuring I was not being over charged. This employee embodies all the attributes necessary to run a successful store. KIERRA should be given a role with much more responsibility and an increase in pay. KEIRRA I know your going to see this review and I want to say thank you and thank your family for sharing you with us! You Rock!!

The worst storage I've ever had. Something died in a unit near mines, All my furniture and belongings smelled horrible. I saw roaches when I was moving out. Now my brand new home has roaches in it. We have never had roaches before. Just nasty and disgusting. And my price went up mid stay. Never again.

I will be moving my items out immediately. I talked to customer service yesterday and my bill was $96, I go up there today and my bill is $225. How?????? This is not even the superior storage quality from public storage I’m use too. Should have kept my items on Piedmont Rd. public storage where there is better quality and customer service. Question: why is Patrice mad at me because I’m upset and confused as to why my bill skyrocket and I have a tiny space 5*10? I wish the manger could have answered my phone call instead of me driving up there but my 10 calls kept getting declined because she was on the other line with Sprint when I walked in! Smh
