I rented the unit online, which was really easy. John let me look at the space before actually making a commitment; he was very patient (no sales pressure), friendly and helpful. He explained the billing cycles, insurance fees, lock options and the public storage app. He told me the app. would allow me open the gates and use the elevators instead of using my codes. All in all a great experience.
