My mama is over 80 years old. She went in to check her stuff because they changed companies. When mama got there her door was stuck Michelle was the lady in the office. Mama said she was just so nice. Went to the door and helped mama get itopen. Then she walked back with mama telling her all about what they do there and how shes there to help. Michelle was just the best, mama said. Helped her set up the app and payment too.
