Nicole, Manager of Public Storage in Sunny Isles, is one of those rare personalities. When I lose my code# for the tenth time, she laughs and forgives. When I downsized my unit(s) she found every way she could to make it easier for me. When other service people hide behind their screens to ignore you, she performs a demanding job well with humor and grace. All storage facilities are not the same because the service really matters. Do yourself a favor and keep your stuff here. Nicole is the secret sauce that makes it better.

This is a fabulous location and the property manager is exuberant and warm. Wouldn't rent any where else!! Dennison provides excellent service

I’ve never encountered a storage unit that is ONLY open during office hours, and does not blatantly explain that when signing up for a unit. When I went to close out my unit at 9am, the manager wasn’t there (as they don’t open until 9:30 which is fine), but he knew we were waiting (with movers in tow) and couldn’t even open up the doors a couple minutes early. Then when I went to check out (an hour or so later), the manager was gone, after just getting in. We also only had the unit 7 days into the month and they charged us for the entire month. I would say you just don’t get what you pay for honestly.

Excellent place to participate if storage auctions. John Sanders is one of the best auctioneers that I have dealed with. For me it is one of a few places that I go bidding.

Cassandra went above expectations. Happy and smiling, she was very efficient and left a memorable impression on my husband from Virginia with her southern charm. She made things very easy and comfortable for us. The unit and building are very clean. I’m glad we came to use this location.

The staff that's there are very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the company. There's this lady by the name of Sandra, I think that's her name... But anyways she's the one that really keeps the place in order. If I ever want to do a customer service training class. I would hire her to teach the class. Overall I love going there for my moving needs.

I want to relate the most wonderful experience I had with Cassandra and Dennison at my Public Storage. I was awaiting delivery of some family items from a shipping company to my Public Storage unit. The delivery company was scheduled later in the day and I arrived early to make sure I was there to accept delivery. Right from the start Cassandra and Dennison made me feel welcomed and relaxed. The atmosphere was both pleasant and warm, I truly felt as though I was in my own home. My anxiety quickly left as they made me feel like family. I was provided with drink and friendly conversation to help me pass the time. I feel their professionalism went well above and beyond. I can not speak highly enough about these two individuals that I hope and pray will be around for as long as I am a customer at Public Storage. As a professional this Sunny Isles Public Storage will serve as a flagship and come highly recommended. Most of all I will surely share this wonderful experience I had with Cassandra and Dennison with all my professional friends.

I have been at the Sunny Isles Public Storage for sooooo many years. Dennison and Cassandra are the BEST!!! Not only are they always friendly and have a smile and a kind word when you come through the front door, but they are very responsible to their clients!!! When I arrived, Dennison explained everything (security, code/elevator process, billing, etc.) very well! I feel very comfortable leaving my belongings in this secure and clean location.
