Public Storage in Azalea Park is the perfect place to find affordable self storage options on the east side of Orlando.
Situated on the west side of Goldenrod Road between S.R. 408 and Colonial Drive, this location features indoor storage units, outdoor storage units and climate controlled storage units, all in a variety of sizes.
Individual storage lockers provide just enough space to store a few smaller personal items, like important documents or family mementos, while a 5x5 storage unit can easily hold electronics, small tools and small kitchen items.

Not sure what is happening here. My husband and I have a climate controlled storage and today when we passed by the place was steaming hot! The gate been broken and seems as though it well not be getting fixed anytime soon! Since we thought we didn't need to stop by often we didn't but now I see I am paying for climate control and it clearly is not working! Guess I need to contact higher ups or take my business else where. This place seems to be breaking down and no one cares!

Angel is such a pleasure! I think his name alone says what type of job he does. I was transferred over to him from another facility since this is where I actually had the account. He found my account and set me up to seamlessly finish my rental completely online. I was afraid the movers would be too late to make it to the office before it closed but wanted to be assured I had a unit for them to store my items. I had my own lock and he refunded the fees that were automatically tacked on with online purchase. I like when things aren't complicated, especially when you have all the other stressors of moving. Angel helped ease a ton of that stress. Hopefully things continue to go smooth and I'll have a new space for my items quickly. Until that time, thanks Public Storage!

Disgusting property GATE IS CONSTANTLY BROKEN MANAGEMENT IS AND LAZY AND WILL WATCH YOU FROM THE OFFICE DESK WITH THE DOOR LOCKED AND TELL TOU TO WAIT an hour because she is ON LUNCH🤢 they don’t do anything to maintain the property I pay for air conditioned unit that AC HAS BEEN BROKEN OVER 18months they are thieves and do not even offer the bare minimum of service. It’s a disgrace and I am seeking legal assistance to sue for every penny I have paid …. Complete disregard and a breach of contract.

I moved from Tennessee and left my stuff in a little storage number 428 . And for some reason a rat was inside and caused damage in my 900 mattress, 43 inches TV, clothes, two boxes and a lot of s...t in my stuff. And nobody responded for this. I got pictures too honestly you have to pay me . 800 dollars for my mattress and 150 for the box destroyed by rats. But nobody respond for this. And you are trying to charge 250 for destroy my stuff??? Yeah sure

Very clean, great climate control. The only thing I wish they'd improve upon is the number of dollies/carts available for people to use. Between 3 buildings there was only one, so people had to wait a while for their turn to use it.

I have been renting a unit here for the last 3 years. However, I had automatic pay set up every month so I never really interacted with the office staff until recently; to downsize my unit. Let me tell you, they (Public Storage) have the right one managing that office! Ms. Rose is amazing! Upbeat, professional and very knowledgeable. She helped me decide on the right sized unit for me within my price point. Her sincerity seems very genuine. I was going to shop around for prices elsewhere. However, Rose sealed the deal for me for staying there. Public storage 250 Goldenrod is where you want to store your stuff. Clean and safe facility with staff that cares about the customer.

Whenever we have questions or an issue (like being locked inside the gates) they were very responsive and when leaving a message they responded within the hour. Rose is like family! I rent at the location 250 N Golden Rd in Orlando, the place I can't complain is clean, the one I rent is inside with AC, the problem I'm having is that they raise the prices whenever they want, is on the agreement and if you don't pay attention what you signed you'll be surprised when u start seeing the difference in price taken out of your bank account, I went from paying $127 to $158, I went to the place and was told that they would have someone call me, the person that called me told me they go with what the market is at a particular time, and that I was paying like $40 less than what the market was. I told the guy it was not my fault if the market went up, my salary doesn't go up every time the market goes up! The price was not 5 or 10 dollars more it was $30. He said to call back in a couple months to have it review again see how the market is then, that was the solution I got.

Had storage there for over 2 years. No issues at all. Staff very attentive.
Staff here has always been rude and unhelpful. They keep raising the rent, but the facilities keep getting worse. You can tell that they do not properly apply pest control since we constantly saw roaches when entering the building. A few months ago, the AC unit had begun making a loud buzzing sound then eventually stopped working altogether. Never was fixed. Lights have been out months in the hallways and have never been replaced. This place is a joke. I had a better experience at the public storage just down the street. Ultimately, just find a smaller storage company that actually cares about its tenants.

Property Manager Keysha was immensely helpful in finding us the right size unit. She managed to take care of our needs while also helping others that walked through the door, very Friendly, professional and courteous, very clean facility and affordable units. she also had a new team member name Ashley she was very helpful and friendly.

Great service from Rachel. I came in to make payment. She greeted me with a smile. After a long day, it was nice to see.
Keysha was rude and unhelpful on each occasion that I needed customer service at this facility. She provided information that was incomplete about the process for removing a lock with a lost key which caused me to make several unnecessary trips to get this process resolved. Whoever hired her as the public face of this company made a mistake because she has always been rude and abrupt whenever I asked a question or needed specific information. When I told her I needed a lock cut off my unit her first response was to say, “Not happening today.” This happened two weeks in a row. Instead of taking the time and showing the courtesy to thoroughly explain the process, so I could make appropriate plans she was simply rude and abrupt. She is incompetent because she was unable to provide the service to remove a lock and did not inform me that it could be done without me being present. She never advised that her manager is rarely at the facility on the day that I had off work to take care of this issue. She could use some lessons in customer service as it would appear from other reviews that she is able to be nice to the people she decides are worth treating with civility and respect or possibly those who don't present issues she is incapable of handling herself. I have been using this storage unit for 5 years but I will probably be moving everything to a different storage facility based on my unpleasant experiences with Keysha. She is unprofessional, rude and incompetent as far as I am concerned.
I came in to pay my mother in laws unit and I was greeted by Michael who was a character. He is so funny and very personable! His customer service exceeds the norm and I would recommend this place to my friends and family as long as Michael is there! Thank you MICHAEL!!!!

Every time I enter the store, I am greeted with a beautiful smile from a young lady named Keysha. She has always been extremely helpful and kind and it is good to see someone with such good guest service skills. She was very helpful in assisting me in locating a smaller unit when I needed it. I called this location today to cover an EFT that was returned. I wanted to give her a debit card payment over the phone but she refused and said I had to do it on the website even though I have done so before. She was very short with me. I like the facility and when it was Stor-All they were very personable and it felt like a family atmosphere when you had to deal with them. Now they are a big corporation and the family feel has been replaced with a "strictly business" feel. SAD
I am writing because I am compelled to share that the representative that helped us was Marian, and she was excellent. Extremely helpful and kind besides being very knowledgable. We actually did not rent a space not because the price was not excellent or that the place was not great because they were but rather because we are from Miami and it wasn't practical for us since we have two cars where we can move my daughters items back and forth with little to no effort. But when I do need storage in the future I am definitely going here! Loved them!
My experience was very good and there was a lot of patience. I have never rented a storage building and the whole experience did not seemed rushed and was explained to me with careful consideration, especially since I am a college student. I will not hesitate to do business again with them :)

One of the most pleasurable experiences in renting anything i've ever had. The staff was friendly,knowledgeable and made me feel so comfortable. Rosamaria "Rosemary" went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and explained the products and service in a fun helpful manner. I only came in to view the size options of the units knowing I needed a short term storage solution. I ended up signing a contract within hours. This particular facility was easily accessible from my home and is clean and well kept. My hats off to this staff !! Thank you !!

I absolutely LOVED my experience at Public Storage. My boyfriend and I were in desperate need of an affordable place to store our belongings for the summer and I am happy that we chose Public Storage. The cost was EXTREMELY affordable and was cheaper than all the other storage places we researched. In addition, Trystan, the Property Manager was amazing and very personable and charismatic. She exhibited excellent customer service and went above and beyond her duties to make sure my boyfriend and I were comfortable with our decision concerning Public Storage. She carried on good conversations and answered every question that we had and even gave us tips for moving in and out of the storage units. It was very apparent that she was their for us and cared about out experience with Public Storage. Based off of my experience, I would definitely recommend this Public Storage location to anyone who is searching for a location to store their belongings.

Rose Mendiola was really hopeful to me my gate code was not working and she happened to pull up in which she work for the same company just another location the office was closed i explain to her what was going on she made a call to the district manager and she got me in the gate she was very nice and kind bout the situation that she took the time to help me even though she was late for an appointment but the thing about it her customer service was greet and she was too.

Trystan helped me out today - she was helpful over the phone, answered my questions and was friendly in person. She helped me to decide between this location and the one that is actually closer to my house, but the person who ran that location was rude and lacked the interpersonal skills to even explain the very simple reason for a difference in price between his location and the one less than 1/2 a mile up the road. Needless to say I went back up the road to work with Trystan and not only got a better price, but a friendly experience as well.
