NO STARS for this establishment!! Poor management hands down! Let me begin to say this… in March 2023, I spoke to “customer service” as they’ve asked for payment since my storage increased, I have notified the rep on the phone my verbal notice that I will be vacating at the end of the month! And my son went there and cleared the 5x5 unit on the weekend. No big deal- (he left the lock on there) I called the following week to follow up that the unit is cleared out and then was told the lock was on there (of course the unit has been emptied) and was told I still needed to pay? I don’t think so! I’ve already notified the rep on my call the month before. PLEASE check the recording for quality assurance! I go back to the establishment and the guy at the front desk didn’t know how to handle my situation but to tell me there’s nothing he could do as he checked the unit and has been emptied. There was NO manager to get back to me at the office or NO callback whatsoever and that was in April. I received a notice in the mail from a collections agency with the amount of $91.16! How rude! Please don’t ever do business with this establishment. I will make sure to notify everyone in my network NOT TO ever do business with this place! Disgusting. Thank goodness for a huge network I have with the real estate industry and the military community. This place is a joke and very unprofessional! I am insulted with the notice from collection agency. I will be reaching out to the Better Business Bureau.

This review is specifically for the Customer Service I got with Johnny. He was on his way out, the facility was closed and he turned back to help me. Imagine being ready to go home after a long shift and a customer has an issue, that’s not fixed with a lil 1,2,3, it was time consuming and he did it with a smile on his face. We need more reps like him. Thank you Johnny & public storage

Dez is the best facility manager I have ever met. As someone that uses this company for business, it’s important that operations are smooth and Dez is on it! She is the reason to rent at this location.

Every time i come, I am greeted with a smile even a welcome in hand wave from inside while i'm driving through the gate! Desiree is awesome, so nice and every time I come in she's smiling. She already knows that if I park before coming in the gate that I need to use the restroom and opens it for me before I even get in the office😂. The restroom is always clean and so is the rest of the facility. And I like that they notify us when a hurricane is coming and that they will be closed! Excellent service.

I wouldn't recommend establishment. The Roaches and rat droppings I had already been anticipating and Begrudgingly accepted just based on it being an outdoor & not temperature controlled in Florid - So my two star rating. Isn't necessarily for the cleanliness. Or pest control. it's almost entirely Based on the service of The staff. They have a main front office that they at rarely at and if you try to call for assistance they Never answer. Overall, have an Off putting vibe.

This was one of the easiest processes ever. The staff was extremely patient, friendly & and helpful. Desiree & Ryan were great. They even assisted me with getting the best price around. Keep up the great job.

Lillith was very professional and efficient. The whole process of seeing the space and renting the space only took about 15-20 minutes. The property looks clean and safe and great rental rates. I appreciate the $1.00 first month rental promotion. It was a 5 star experience
