I had what to me was a complicated decision on what type of storage option I actually needed and Stacie was super patient with me going over all of the different options. Each interaction was helpful and I am the type of person that needs to know the best way for me to store, so I had to do quite a bit of research to make sure I was making the right choice. She patiently changed units for me as I went through that process. Of course I had no idea I would have to research until I spoke with her the very first time and then I lost count but at least 6 -7 conversations. If you are looking for someone to help you with your storage needs that actually cares about you making the decision that's best for you then I would recommend that you call Stacie!

Edgar is a rock star in my book it took him less a minute to show me where my storage room was. Yesterday I was here at least 3 hours looking for the place I’m renting. He was an asset to my keeping this unit there. If it wasn’t for him I’d go to another place

Horrible experience no customer service never again
Ebony Allen is highly professional and very articulate. She has helped since June 2023 while I've had this storage unit up until May 2025. Eventhough she is not the property manager over location my storage unit is at. She still always returned my phone calls, performed proper due diligence, and helped schedule vacate of of unit. Which the my property manager over my location has not returned my calls over time I had unit, including call where I asked for call back to schedule vacate. Until today Stacey called me back because, I demanded in voicemail a call back to confirm, I vacated unit and swept it. Ebony Allen is truly an asset to Public Storage.

They really know how to show you that you're a valued customer by constantly increasing your rate. This is our 3rd rate increase since becoming a customer, has gone from $290 from our initial price to $470 in less than a year. Don't plan on continuing business with companies like this.

The indoor storage was not only big, but tall. It held absolutely everything and then some so I recommend Public Storage. The only unusual thing is taking the keys home when closing my account as told by the live assisstance. Overall great place.

Absolutely amazing would use them all the time
This is the worst storage ever. I am not sure what is going so wrong about customer service and relations. Whether you are on the phone or in person its like no one exist and nothing you do was actually done. I have been waiting to weeks for what I was told was a call I was to get within 72 hrs. And even though they told me given that they escalated it I would get a call within 24 hrs it still never happened. Worst part is I've had better service at run down storages. I am still locked out of my storage and my other option is to pay for a locksmith which I don't have the money for. I've been to places that would just bust the lock on the spot for you and just charge you for a new lock and honestly I should of stayed. I will be looking to move back to cubesmart once I get this settled.
Aside from it not having a live human to interact with if needed, prices were very high

Since day one Veronica always assist me in any questions and issues that I may have with my units. She makes her self available, got prompt responses, she's very helpful, nice and most of all very respectful and polite. The units are very clean as well as the property, I'm very he satisfied and pleased with the service and the property. I will recommend it.
