My enclosed trailer has been hit and damaged in 2 different places. There is no one in office at any given time. Had difficulty with their automated customer service. They text you instead of calling you. Finally got a response that they would check into it. Got phone call from representative in Gainsville, I’m parked in Ocala. I was told to file a police report and report to my insurance. They said they are not responsible for damages and it’s their policy and in their contract. Now I have read similar Google reviews for this location. Will rent from U-Haul as soon as possible. Don’t do business with this place, they don’t provide any customer service at all. Went through a lot of frustration with their customer service automated system and then was told that it’s not their responsibility.
I’ve been renting this store since last October my payment started at 176 then it went up to 201 then it went up to 236. I wake up this morning and they have taken out $272. This is quite ridiculous, so be careful when you move in this place you might get a surprise like I did this morning and each time that it has went up without me knowing. They got you trapped because you have all your stuff in there!! I find this to be a complete rip off!!

I have rented a parking space here for a total of About 4 years . 2 years with my first motorhome and About 2 years with my current motorhome . I have never had a problem except for the last 2 months. Homeless people are living in a run down camper at this location. I wouldn't have had a problem with that except that I noticed that they were trying to get into my outside storage bays . I called management and informed them about this problem. I spoke to Molly and she was very helpful. She went above and beyond to help me . She was able to relocate me to another space near security cameras . I would like to give Molly a big shout out for helping me with this situation , Thank you Molly .
Very dissapointd in Public storage. Moved out of Ocala and was calling different numbers for them about my bill no one ever called back. I paid bill and then they charged my card for something I hadnt asked for. Never will use them again. Very bad experience, no one ever answered any of my calls

Yanique was so helpful getting me two parking spots side by side and helping me with the map of the location! She was very patient and kind.
These folks are overly helpful. I called, gave me a better rate that I expected. Provided me live directions while I drove there, walked me thru sign up process, I just clicked on a link from a text after providing my CC. I man showed up, found my spot then helped me parked. 6 Stars!

THIs IS The worst storage ever !!!!!!!!!!! do not park your trucks here !!!!!! Pls This storage is FRAUD ! my truck has been broken into twice. me and other trucks as well. They don’t take no accountability. they let you deal with this situation on your own like if it’s your fault. I told them many times to ensure security. and for my own truck safety i had my own cámaras & they made us take them down. DO NOT park your truck in this storage. i’m not sure if someone who works there breaks into them or someone else but there’s no action take when you get robbed. And it’s the same part that they take ! the computer of the truck nothing else they take. i’ll be taking legal action !!! im fed up with unfairness.

This place has become a nightmare since Public Storge has owned it, in the short time they have owned it they have increased the price about three times and as if that were not enough, the previous month they charged me $228 for a space where I paid $71 The app doesn't work if you want to make a payment, you can't do it online either and the customer service is a nightmare, avoid this place, I feel scammed
Do not use this place for storage, moved out of my unit 8/11 and was charged 8/17 for another month which made the account tied to it overdraft. No communication and lack of accountability have to call to wait 30 minutes to hear from someone I’ve got to wait to hear from the field manager, ridiculous. Will never use public storage again.
I have had some one elses camper parked in my outside spot that i rent at this location for over a month and can not get Public storage to move it or refund my money. I call and keep getting the run-around to expect a call from the property manager, no call and no resolution.

I have had my storage unit for two years. The company seems to improve on service each time I call.
With short notice , I was able to easily rent my unit from home. The Manager (Yanique) and repairman (Stephan) quickly helped me with a sticky door.

Nice storage facility, clean and secured with CCTV cameras monitored 24/7. Located just east of interstate I-75. Open lot for your rv's boats, and more beside the building non-paved but smooth compacted ground with no obstacles or mazes to navigate around and there is a closing time and an opening time, so after 9pm the yard is closed to customers, but if your in before then, they're automatic gate willet you out of the place! The open lot has very minimal lighting which made it a little difficult to hook up to our gooseneck trailer but other than that great place to keep your vehicles, trailers, etc.
