AVOID PUBLIC STORAGE! Sketchy homeless people openly LIVING in units. (See the attached pic. This is an actual homeless camp that has been there over a year!) Management does ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about it as long as they are paying rent. I have reported it at least a dozen times. Look at the mess. ALSO, ridiculous price increases every few months. They use an ALGORYTHMS to figure out how much money they can squeeze from each person. One tenant is paying almost $300 a month for the same unit you can get today for $150 a month. Nobody is paying the same rates. The State of Florida needs to investigate this company. AVOID PUBLIC STORAGE LIKE THE PLAGUE!
