However, the limited access hours pose an issue for those of us with 9-6 work schedules. It would be great if the facility could offer extended hours to accommodate people who need access after 6pm.

Unfortunately, I can't mark negative stars. Public Storage has no concern for its customers. My safety and that of my father's was put at risk at this Public Storage spot. I decided to cancel my account, and requested a refund, and due to some ridiculous policy, they kept my entire prepayment AND insurance. Will never store with Public Storage and urge people to stay away. Even after speaking to an "Escalation Specialist", my request was completely ignored. Hopefully this post saves customers from an extremely unpleasant situation.

Zero customer service. My things have been locked inside after losing the key during a move and we have been unable to get anyone on the phone or any assistance. The desk is never attended. They also have code violations and raise the rates every month it seems. We are paying much more now than when we first got the unit. I just want my stuff out.

This location is extremely disappointing. The pervasive smell of urine is overwhelming, and the parking situation is a nightmare. It's frustrating how they consistently block you in and the staff shows no concern or willingness to call a tow truck. Moreover, the price for a small 5x5 locker has skyrocketed from $50 to $80, which is unreasonable. To make matters worse, a considerable portion of my stored items were damaged, there's a plague affecting the facility. Overall, I had an extremely unpleasant experience here.

But here’s the negative- they barely ever have carts available. They only have 2 and they are in the main office. Good luck if someone is in the main office to access them. Plus the trash that is sometimes left over by people. We left today. ✌🏽
For a major chain like this… the least they could do is provide its tenants with dollies. They literally cost less than what they charge for storage. We found a new spot with plenty of carts for its tenants.

Stopped in and asked questions if there was a 10×20 available and about how much the monthly payments would be. Melody had let me know that there was a deal or special offer on a unit that size and how much it currently was. She even let me know the normal rate/payment for that storage unit size. She was extremely polite and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions.

The property manager, Joseph, was very helpful in not only assisting me with an issue but also helped to find me better deal than I came in for. Location: 2190 SW 8th Street, Miami, 33135. The PS Storage App does not reflect the company's accounting and always says "Past Due" as soon as the month rolls over, even if you are paid up in full. A very poor app that needs to be changed. Accuracy in accounting does not inspire confidence.

THERE ARE NO CAMERAS TO PROTECT YOUR PROPERTY!!! They allow units to be robbed and provide no explanation, help, or responsibility about it. It’s happened a few times this month. Use PODS instead! Read the news about storage units this is happening to a lot of them in Miami and you can’t trust them at all, they don’t care about your valuables.

Started at $160.00 a month a few months ago. Now I pay $200.00 a month since they are a month to month contract and can screw you however they like. I would highly recommend not using this trashy location if possible. There will be homeless inside the parking facility as they have never fixed the gate. Make sure to lock your car or if you use a truck to have someone watch your things while trying to load/unload if it requires more than one trip. There are occasionally two karts to use but the last several times I have visited I have not seen them.

Hoy fui atendida por tina Maribel y quede muy agradecida nunca me habían dado tan buena atención y llevo cuatro años en este storage, la verdad encontrar un personal así tan atenta y servicial mejora cualquier expectativa , me ayudo mucho a resolver hasta el app .

Tina was awesome great customer service skills and professional. The place had two big issues ground floor had no AC and the other floors had living and dead roaches. I would post pictures but it’s not a pleasant site .
