I have rented with other companies and at other Public Storage locations. But once I discovered this facility and it's fabulous staff, I became a long term, multi space customer of this location. It is by far the cleanest and most efficiently run facility in the area. The staff are always very helpful and they make you feel welcomed! Sara & Olga are the best!

Very big storage building, quiet, gated.

Customer service here is excellent. They will go above and beyond to follow up with your order and make sure everything works out for you. Sarah and Olga were great.

Great location! Drive in storage makes it easy to load and unload. I suggest getting the storage online as they have offers and it would cost you less then if you go in person. The only thing i don’t like is that closes at 9 pm.

Came in and talked to Betsy. Was having trouble with the Storage app. She went through it with me and helped me use the app to enter the yard and building. She spent time with me to make sure I understood how to use the app and let me know I could ask further questions if I had any.

POOR POOR SERVICE. The male employee is rude and unhelpful. Other reviews support this. The better experiences happen with minimal employee contact. When you actually have to interact with them, you'd wish you spent your money elsewhere. I wont ever be renting a unit here again.

I made a reservation online and was contacted almost immediately by phone by Olga to confirm everything! When I called back, Sara answered and explained everything I needed to know. Storage is just too high where I live, I am glad I made the trip to such a great location! :) Thanks for making my move in day a breeze!

Excellent customer service, very professional. I recommend public storage in Doral on NW 14 street. The location is ran by Daughter and mother dont remember their names but they made me feel like my stuff was safe and secure. They maintain the property very clean and organize. I have to say i would get them a higher rating if i could, something like 100 stars.

Make sure you leave before the end of the month because they will steal and not prorate like they do in the beginning. Even if you ask what is right and by law to the manager. Bad faith . !!!USE THIS COMPANY AS A LAST RESORT!!! Payed on the 2nd and moved out on the 3rd. When i asked for a prorated month or a refund for the days im not using the unit, these thieves said no. Be careful of the internet deals you see. It's a scam. They pull the wool over your eyes with insurance and the purchase of a lock that can't be used anywhere else but at Public Storage facilities. There's nothing friendly or cheap about Public Storage. You have been warned

First time renting a unit and I am very impressed with how nice, friendly, and caring the staff is. I was helped by Erick, Sarah, and Olga. They were great and really knowledgeable on what needed to be done and what I needed to prep my unit for storing my items.

I was in a tough spot, need to park my van overnight but couldn’t find a place in Doral. I called the Public Storage on 14th street in Doral and they had a storage space 10x 20 which my van fit it very tight but worked. Olga and Elizabeth were a great help and the place was very clean and easy in and out. Great place, great staff!

I came here to see storages and beside the professionalism and the personal attention Sara the manager gave me was in my opinion excellent!!! Never did I feel ripped off since I did my storage homework and in the area she was by far the best rate when you add the facility and the way it’s kept clean and organized and also it seems everyone likes her cause it felt very family oriented and customers were just seem pleasant to come in and make payment or even just come in and say hello to her and ask her for her family and she did the same by name to mostly everyone she knew so I know she’s been there for a long time!!!! I will se you next week Sara and continue with your beautiful aura!!! It’s a blessing from above !!!
