El lugar es bastante limpio y el sistema funciona bien, es cómodo poder guardar tus pertenencias en un sitio seguro.
PERO la atención al cliente a veces no es buena, la oficina casi siempre está vacía y justo ayer tuve una muy mala experiencia: fui con mi mascota, que es un perro de servicio, a guardar cosas al almacén y la señora que estaba de turno no me dejó entrar, intenté explicarle que mi mascota está entrenada, que es un service dog y que legalmente no me puede prohibir la entrada al almacén, teniendo en cuenta que estoy autorizada a llevarla a todos sitios y su negativa al permitirme el acceso a una propiedad que pago con animal autorizado es demandable, pero la señora simplemente me dijo que no y me dió la espalda, no había nadie en la oficina, no había un manager, nadie a quien pudiera recurrir. Incluso intenté hacer una queja directamente al almacén y tampoco hay posibilidades, así que no me queda otra opción que hacerlo público.
Resulta que no importa que tan bueno sea el sitio, si el personal que contratan es incompetente, la imagen del lugar va al piso. Este suceso ocurrió en noviembre 3, 2024 en el horario entre 3-4 pm y fue muy lamentable.

They advertise that these facilities have AC, but it's not true, it's 80+ degrees inside and when you contact them to ask why, they simply say it's the way we have our AC unit set up. Therefore, I don't recommend Public Storage any more, especially if you want to store articles that might get damaged with excessive heat.

Finding a good / clean storage in miami has been an issue for me over the years. That is until I walked into this Public Storage located across from the dolphin mall. I was immediately greeted by Olga and Sara. Let me tell you that the customer I was provided was top notch and that is an understatment. Olga gave me a tour of the property and showed me what was available. This lady is AWESOME. She went above and beyond her call of duty. If every business in the city of Miami had employees like Olga and Sara everything would be perfect. Sara explained in full detail all the info I needed to understand the policy of public storage. IF upper management happens to see this review... please please please give these two woman a raise. You guys should be honored to have Sara and Olga represent Public Storage. I am reccomending everybody that I know to go to this location. They make you feel like family. Thank you for making my experience hasselfree and it is great to know people like Olga and Sara exist.

At the beginning the 1st month is free and an awesome monthly payment is the game. Then after they sucker you in and you are all moved in expect within 2-3 months they will raise the price on your unit anywhere approximately $40/60 at a time.
That’s on a constant basis every few months.
But wait there’s more!! Surprise!
There are never enough dollys.
There are only 3 and one of them has the wheels broken.
This Public Storage is a freaking rip off!!!
The only nice thing to say is that Olga and Sara are very nice.

Great place and very clean and manager Sara is very professional and knows her business, I came with a reservation and she ended changing it saving me more money and gave me a promo for the unit I picked cause again she knows her stuff. My husband was so happy with Sara friendliness and attitude even with all the customers we saw come in and interact with her, it really felt like family that he decided to buy all our boxes there with her and she recommended exactly what we needed before we even mentioned it, even though they were pricey but she’s so nice that it just makes you want to just get everything with her.
It’s amazing to get to a storage after so many years of renting there and come back and see my managers Sara and Olga with the same energy and enthusiasm of seeing me again, felt like family. This is my go to storage no matter where I live in Miami… Only came back for the awesome and professionalism of these ladies again thank you for an even smoother transaction.

This place is a dump and always have gate issues and reason to call you for money like a dog in heat threatening me every month cause of the dates I get paid. Closed my account out and the manager refuses to close my account because someone else put trash in my unit since it was open for a few days. So they can keep billing me for it even though I have cleared out the unit. This place is super shady don’t do any buisness with this location manger does not care about customer at all my unit was leaking water in and damaged my personals they did nothing to help

Great location! Drive in storage makes it easy to load and unload. I suggest getting the storage online as they have offers and it would cost you less then if you go in person. The only thing i don’t like is that closes at 9 pm.
