Sandro was excellent as always. Pleasant and courteous.

The storage is a shame. There is no employees at the main office or entrance. I have seen a pregnant girl there, her name is Lourdes, horrible customer service. The storage is hot and the units stay hot all the time. So forget about climate control. For me the experience is awful. They give you the price for 6 months and after that they screw you up, rising the monthly rent twice from what it was at the beginning.

Elevators weren't working at all so I couldn't get into my unit. Front doors were locked and there was no one working even though the place is supposed to be open at this time. Called and no one picked up.

Update: Laz was very helpful in helping us access our new unit including providing info on how to use the app for touch less access. Original: Rented a unit a few weeks ago at this location. Rei was fantastic explaining everything to us. Our unit is easy to access and the couple of times we have gone by to drop off stuff, we have been able to get a cart and unload things fairly quickly.

Este lugar no es Confiable,me estafaron tengo las pruebas y me querian vender mi unidad solo deviendo este mes corriente que no termina aun pues estamos a 24 de Octubre 2021, Para ser mas expecifica pague' el mes anterior septiembre el 1 de Octubre debi pagar 154$ con unos centavos y pague' 155$ supuestamente quedabsn unos centavos...Me llaman para decirme que si no pagaba 209.00 antes de las 11.15am del 22/10 me lo ivan a vender... Me dijeron que por hacer el pago de septiembre el 1 del mes de octubre me cargaron un Lien fee de 55.50 mas 48.80 de late fee que la computadora lo hase automaticanente. Me atendio' un Manager con muy mala Actitud y muy Prepotente muy distinto que el Señor que atendia alli Le enseñe' el recibo que me dieron ese dia primero que debia hasta el primero de noviembre $129.93 pero ni lo miro' despues de quererme convencer de dejarme estafar diciendo que era la computadora me dijo con muy mala forma...Señora va pagar o no? pues se vende la unidad en pocos minutos eran 10.50 am y me dijo lo perdia en 20 minutos le dije pues claro que lo voy a pagar pues vi que el Atraco era un hecho, De todos modos si no me arreglan esta situacion y me dan Credito dare la queja en la Oficina del Consumidor o en la corte.

I put a hold on a unit via their website while I was running some errands. I was going to call them to see if I could come in and take a look at a unit before committing but Laz called me to ask some follow-up questions and we arranged a time for me to come in later that day. We showed up, saw the unit, went through the pricing, terms, contract, etc and were done in about 20 minutes or so. He was very patient as I read through the entire contract (something I always do) and took the time to answer all of our questions. We made a couple of trips today to store some items and the whole process was smooth. I'm hoping this initial experience is a good indicator of the overall future experience at this location. Due to COVID, there are still some protocols in place that people need to be aware of.. only one set of customers (or one party) are allowed inside at a time. We were the only ones there when we arrived and the doors were locked before and after we were let in to the office. If another group/customer shows up, they have to wait outside. Someone arrived towards the end of our visit and kept knocking on the door and I could tell they were getting impatient and angry so perhaps posting some signage explaining the locked doors might help customers (if there were any in place, I definitely missed it).

I have been a customer here for over 3 years, and needed to expand my rental space on the spot. Lazaro was great! He quickly and efficiently identified a larger unit and allowed me to have son's furniture moved there which would not fit in my original unit. Came into this location looking to rent a storage unit and was greeted by Mr. Luis and let me tell you his customer service was absolutely amazing! We were unsure and had previously had a poor experience at another storage company but he made this such a smooth transition for us and helped us in every aspect of the word. He’s someone who’s very knowledgeable and was able to explain everything thoroughly and able to meet our expectations and meet exactly what we were looking for! We’re looking forward to having our things stored with them and to have Luis as our guide!! Thank you Luis!!!!!!

My experience at this facility so far is nothing short than great. Juan- the manager- was both very helpful and knowledgeable, not only of the storage spaces available but of the overall company policies and procedures. He was patient in explaining to me each scenario asked and was able to suggest the best way to go about it. I will however mention their customer service team over the phone can use some better call agents and training. The upper management team/supervisors however, were receptive to my experience over the phone and returned my complaint call withing 24 hrs. The Facility great, Its staff wonderful, even Katherine- Upper management- pleasant. National customer service agents- poor. Since my review is of this specific facility, I do feel it deserves its 5 stars.

Great place...Alex is absolutely terrific!

Great location, real close to where I live. Juan and Alex who manage and work there are extremely helpful and more than willing to accommodate for guests needs. They were very flexible with me when I had to transfer from a big storage to the smaller one, and made the process very pleasant. If you are looking for a storage unit definitely recommend this location, and hurry because they are usually always almost up to full occupancy.

After visiting many locations, picking this one was the obvious choice. We are long-term tenants now with multiple units and could't be happier with our decision. It's a great location, well-lit, very secure and extremely clean. But the deciding point is definitely the personnel. Alex has been there for all of my rentals, and it never ceases to amaze me how incredibly nice he is! He explains everything, step-by-step, and has so much patience, it's a gift. He is extremely knowledgable and sincerely strives to help you and has you best interests in mind. It's a no-brainer that should you decide on this location!

I wanted to share the great experience I had here, I was helping my friend, she has a unit at this location. The place is clean, easy access, enough lights and the manager Juan was friendly. Good job keeping this place clean.

A few days ago I was moving & I was looking for a storage facility nearby & I have always used public storage so I was very happy that there a few around my new residence. I have to say that from the moment I walked in, Alex absolutely provided me with the best customer service I’ve ever experienced & I actually work I the hospitality industry. From the beginning until the end, Alex ensure that I had all of the information necessary in order to manage my storage unit, he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Unfortunately that same day I was made aware that I didn’t need the storage unit but I’m stuck with it until the end of this month. Nonetheless, Alex was amazing & this public storage will certainly continue to be amazing because of him. Thank you so much for all of your assistance.

I had never rented a storage unit before, so I was a little nervous. The staff made it a very easy process. They made sure that I had the right size of unit and all the boxes and tape that I needed. Overall, it was a great place with great staff and I would rent from them again in the future.
