Cielo was really professional and helpful
I paid my full monthly bill on time and I declined to continue the $15 insurance. Then they charged me $27 late fee. Late fee??? I end up giving him $40 cash and told him to keep the miserable change. I am a military retired. VETERANS, STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORAGE. They have not even sympathy for our service and sacrifice for our country.

Cielo helped me with my online e-rental. Customer service online stated that the 5x5 units were like 8ft tall as well and when we arrived to my public storage unit….. it was super super small. And it was not what we visioned when we got here. But cielo helped me transfer to a new unit so quickly and explained 5x5 is a 5x5x4 locker… she was so helpful with our transfer and now we have a 5x10x8 ! Customer service has to be specific in explaining the details when it comes to a client renting a unit like cielo!!

I did my reservation online and ordered a 5' x 5' unit expecting a 5' x 5' x 8' and got a 5' x 5' x 4' since the website doesn't clearly state the height of the unit. I had to do a transfer and spend more money in the end. The staff was very nice and accommodating!

In addition, the facility that I am at now, the one on Bird Road and 71st ave, is excellent. Very clean, very easy to get in and out of. There are even loading docks in case I receive something via large truck, I can off load them and use the available carts to load and take to my storage location. Safe, clean, and secure are the reason why I gave this place a 5-star rating. I like the location where there are multiple ways to get to this place. Easy in-and-out entry and exit without having to fight with the busy streets. The online process is also convenient. The units are climate controlled and they monitor pests. I never have problems with my things getting damage from moisture or pests. The price is also reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

I came to see her last month and she took care of me like neither of the other 3 storage places I had gone to that day. I didn’t care that the distance was further for me, I just felt comfortable knowing when I came to store my things I would have her there to take care of me with a smile and answer all of my questions with honesty and personality. Do not rent storage space here! The worst service and lack of professionalism There was a flood in our unit and we had to clean up the water damage ourselves. Damage to our personal belongings !!!!!!!!Only one person on staff throughout the entire incident!!!!!!! Manger or Corporate rep never showed up.

In the day and age where there are a million storage facilities to chose from, I’m so glad I selected public storage on Bird Rd. Cameka was so knowledgeable, welcoming and efficient, I thought she was the manager. She took special interest in my situation and recommended the perfect size of space to fit my needs. The facility is clean, easy to get in and out of and staff is always available to help should you need assistance. Cielo, Sheane, and Chris are customer service pros! Would highly recommend. On a side note, arriving at this site to write this review took over 10 minutes. Luckily I have a gmail account or I would’ve had to have created one.

Not even deserve one star. Stay out of this place. Rent somewhere else!! Im not a person to leave negative reviews but they really deserve it. I rented this storage for 6 months, I have a painting company and had to get there early at 6 am when they were supposed to be open, gate never worked. Got stuck in the elevators for two hours once, they even had to call the fire fighters. Elevators are always broken, so you can not use stairs in this place. After 5 months they increased my monthly payment for no reason. From $120 went to $140. Worst service ever. This place should be out of business!! I recommend extra space storage.

Great service. Never been so happy of the honesty and integrity of an attendant. Yosbel Inastrilla made the rental process so easy. Very respectful. Even stayed a little later that they're business hours to finished with me with the rental process because I got there almost at closing. I highly recommend to take advantage of their specials.

We used this storage unit for the last 2 years of moving in to college, and they have been so helpful with everything!!! We will definitely use them again! They are very close to the University of Miami campus and easy and safe to use. By far the cleanest property & a good space.
Im a graduating senior at University of Miami but this location was the perfecr location for when I needed to store my things for the summer. The staff was really nice and helpful and the building is air conditioned! I would recommend this storage facility to anyone.

To be honest the worst experience with the staff! The lady with the short hair and glasses has no idea how to deal with the public. You would think that a storage facility with over 900 units would have more than 10 carts for the customers, yet they only have 3 on property! But they are really quick to charge the monthly fee. Thank God that we are out of there, if I ever need to store things again, I will def not be going back to Public Storage on Bird Road!

Public Storage during the hurricane Irma kept my items safe and my safety too. The elevators went down and they stopped people from using for our safety and from coming on to property for safety issue. Great company.
If I could give the customer service both at the main reservation number and the storage on Bird Road no stars, I would. They have been non responsive during hurricane Irma. A week after the hurricane, they have closed their facility without notice to tenants and their elevators are now out of service. They provide no information as to when they are to be repaired and when they will reopen. Furthermore, their district and regional managers do not return calls. After all the destruction of the hurricane, I am most disappointed by the lack of consideration public storage has for its customers. Definitely will never use their facilities again and neither should you.

What an AMAZING experience. The staff is incredibly friendly and very thorough with policy, security, and overall service. The storage facility is conveniently located, clean and updated building, and seems very well secured. Alejandro and Martha made us feel like we were staying at a 5 star hotel. Cielo & Rolando helped me find the right keys so I would have not have to do a lock cut. I would like add that the property is well organized and friendly staff.
Imagine our panic when we arrived to Public storage on our move in day with 2 vehicles packed and found that our reservation had been cancelled due to our typo on the confirmation phone number. After 10 minutes of trying to find another location, or a different unit, Cielo, store manager came to the rescue. Through some magic that I still don't understand, we were assigned a unit, at our quoted price, and the size that we needed. Thank you Cielo and Rolando for finding a way to honor our reservation, even when we were at fault!

Good facility as far as value and cleanliness but the management often only leaves out one cart during non 9 to 5 hours. If you arrive and it's in use then you are basically screwed.

This public storage has great customer service. I've been here for work and I can sat they are very helpful. Though I feel they should have more than one person manning the office as its frustrating to have the office close during work hours. On another note, they have all you need for moving supplies! So if you forgot tape...boxes or mattress bags, they have it!

The best customer service I have ever had! The property manager Cielo was great. She went over, under and way beyond to help me, and it wasn't even for her site that I needed help with. For Public Storage I rate it a 5 star, for Cielo I rate her a 10+ star!!

Great experience and very professional & accommodating personnel. I got a unit online and thought I couldn't move it until a couple of weeks but a I received a call the following morning from Cielo and she explained to me that I could move it that same day. Antonio was extremely helpful and informative. He efficiently explained the ins and outs of the storage unit rules, regulations, and security. He was very friendly and his level of professionalism was comforting. He even helped us bring the boxes to our car. To say the least, Antonio was amazing and awesome :)
Our company just leased 2 additional spaces at this location and once again the experience was very efficient and the customer service provided by Antionio and his staff was outstanding. They are very friendly and a pleasure to deal with, and the facilities are always clean and well maintained.

I have rented here for several years and would recommend it to everyone. It is clean, secure and the climate control keeps all of my things in great shape. I have never had an item that smelled or got wet. The staff is always friendly and helpful. The manager Antonio is outstanding a real asset to the facility and the company.

I have made use of this Public Storage location for over five years and am extremely happy with the service that they have provided. The location and access hours have been wonderfully convenient and the staff has been great. Antonio, the manager, is extremely efficient, helpful, informative, and courteous. He and the staff are quick to respond to customer needs/questions as they arise. I have consistently felt a great level of confidence that this location is well secured and maintained.

The customer service here is professional and courteous. Antonio helped me set up my storage unit over 4 years ago and has continued to help me when I've had various questions or concerns. I would recommend this Bird Road Public Storage to anyone who needs a storage area that is reliable and secure. It is easy to get to and easy to use. The service there is top notch.
I had a problem with my first payment. Incorrect information was given to the bank and the first payment did not go through. Late fees were charged. I spoke to Manny, a supervisor at the corporate office who was very helpful and removed the late charge. I have also found Antonio, an employee at this location to be very helpful. We are very happy with the storage facility.
I've been here for 5+ years. I didn't last in 2 other storage facilities more than a month. I am very happy with the staff (especially Antonio that goes out of his way to help out) and the storage facility cleanliness. I have no surprises in my storage when I open it.
