Public Storage Self-Storage Units at 3900 NW 115th Ave, Miami, FL

Sitio en muy malas condiciones, basura por todos lados, segun y que es climatizado, sera solo la oficina, del resto es un horno, la puerta de la entrada en mal funcionamiento, carrito nunca hay, los ascensores cuando se dañan pasan de 2 a tres semanas fuera de servicio y si llevas una mudanza en ese tiempo la respuesta que tienes es "usa las escaleras" y entonces dices lo que se paga aquí que de paso no es nada económico donde lo invierten.....

This location is in very poor maintenance condition..They had an issue with the fire alarm last week that took a couple days to solved. Now it is a shame that none of the elevators are out of service. One of the elevators has been out of service for a long time and the company did nothing to fix it. Now the other one has failed. Elevators should be in working conditions, at least one considering that this location has three floors and the high monthly rent you charge.

They give you a great starting rate. A few months later they raise it 50 to 80 dollars. Disabled Veteran and they won't even work with you.

This place is the best for big storage, great location great Ducking. Ask for Daniel Great guy. He went the extra mile after 9 phone calls to corporate office. I am glad he was there.

A lot of these 5 star reviews seem solicited or bought. This place is very uncomfortable to work with. You have to enter the long code 3 times just to get to the second floor. Doors lock behind you leaving every one else locked out. THERE ARE NO CARTS! I had to go back out to the front and leave my license at the front so I can borrow a small cart. When I complained, the guy said “we’re all like that”. Nah buddy, I just used Extra Space and they had 5 carts at each entrance.

Llevo varios meses con una unidad rentada en este edificio y ya me hicieron incrementos de precio sin avisar, además ahora no prestan el servicio de carritos de carga, es necesario acercarse a la oficina y dejar un ID para que le presten un carro, Eso es ridículo, si yo necesito mover cosas un fin de semana o en un horario diferente que se supone que debo hacer cuando la oficina esté cerrada. Por otra parte el personal de la oficina no fue amable conmigo, cuándo hice mi observación por los carritos de carga lo mejor fue decir que eso es cortesía y que no están obligados a prestar el servicio, para mi eso es un mal servicio al cliente. Como usuario no tengo la culpa del mal uso que hagan otros, además hay cámaras y códigos de acceso para que ellos sepan quien entra al edificio y hace mal uso de los carritos de carga. Lo peor es que soy usuario frecuente y esta política me afecta demasiado. I have been renting a unit in this building for several months and they have already increased the price without notifying me, also now they do not provide the cart service, it is necessary to go to the office and leave an ID to borrow a car, that's right ridiculous, if I need to move things on a weekend or at a different time than I'm supposed to when the office is closed. On the other hand, the office staff was not kind to me, when I made my observation about the charging carts, the best thing to do was to say that this is courtesy and that they are not obliged to provide the service, for me that is bad customer service. As a user, I am not to blame for the misuse made by others, there are also cameras and access codes so that they know who enters the building and misuses the charging carts. The worst thing is that I am a frequent user and this policy affects me too much.

Daniel is the best manager! He take care of your needs and very professional in his work. He is available by phone as soon as you leave a message. I saw him many time cleaning the units inside and outside the facility. Congratulations Daniel for your great job at Public Storage!!! You deserve the best!

If there was a super bowl of storage facilities this particular site would be the Superbowl champs, hands down! After my first 4 year stint at this facility, I could not have been any more satisfied. Now a year later I am in need of another storage facility and I never once hesitated to return to where I was so well treated and provided for. Want to thank Alain for his help setting up my reservation! I first went to the other location in Doral and was helped by Olga and Sara. My whole experience from start to finish was FANTASTIC! I am completing a move from Los Angeles to Miami and needed access to 16 Wheeler Truck to avoid further charges from the moving company. Another person trying to close a sale would have made my reservation and set false promises. This was NOT THE CASE with Olga and Sara! They immediately called Alain and confirmed access for me. They gave me prices from their office and set expectations with Alain. Today I came to the location to complete my reservation and Alain was already expecting me even though I had committed to coming in on the 24th! Alain showed me around, confirmed access for truck and loading dock. Gave me instructions on how to complete move and where to find anything. Lastly walked me through all the paperwork and set the right expectations. My experience couldn’t be any more flawless! Coming from a background of sales leadership for a top wireless company, I know a committed team when I see one. Everyone was fantastic from start to finish! Gracias tocayo por tu ayuda!

Great facilities, safe and nice staff (when they are around). My only complaint, and probably because I never had storage this long before, is how they keep wanting to raise the price of the storage. You might start off at $70 or something and then after a certain period of time, it may jump to $100 or more. I've had 3 different storage rooms with this company within a 3 year span, which means moving storage once or more every year. It's silly. I still stay with them because they have a quality facility and even added bluetooth option with their app, for opening gates, doors, elevator access. Very, very secure! You can't even get out without an access code.

I was very impressed by this storage facility and it's use of technology, such as the access app. Inside the place is well lit and clean, as well as climate controlled. The rates were competitive with easy access from main roads. The Manager on Site was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend it.

Turns out no matter when you move out, the full month payment is due on the first of the month and the company will not issue any refund, period. They should have properly disclosed the policy at the move-in date, instead of bombarding the customers with payment due emails, after being notified that a certain unit is moving out, they purposefully do this to trick customers into paying the last payment in full, shame!!!

I'd give less stars but unfortunately 1 star is the minimum. There are no carts absolutely anywhere, the main door and elevator doors do not last open longer than 30 second and to top it off you have to enter a 9 character code to get them back open. How is anyone supposed to unload a truck and load the elevator when the main door and the elevator door are closing on you every 30 seconds!? In addition to all the problems you have with the door and elevator from 6AM to 9PM; you'd better hope you don't have anything inside at 9:00:01PM because the main door will not reopen and your belongings will remain unattended until the building reopens at 6AM the following morning. We called customer service because our belongings were stuck in the lobby with no way to access them. Their response to us was (and I quote) "There is nothing we can do, everything is on a timer. You can get there at 6AM so no-one takes your things". What kind of customer service is that!? In conclusion, an overall terrible experience, from beginning to end. Having to carry everything up by hand because there are no carts anywhere, to "customer service" telling us they have no solution. All of this after 3 hours of unloading. Wish me luck in the morning. Hopefully my belongings are still there.

Horrible place. The staff is rarely at their post no matter what time you come. The sign says the manager will be here at a quarter to 2. It’s 2:35 ans no one is in there.

Recently, I moved into an apartment and I decided to rent a small unit once again at this location because of its superb customer service provided by Ralph, Alain, and the rest of the staff. Also, this particular Public Storage is conveniently located from where I live and the Turnpike. I strongly recommend this storage facility for business purposes or personal use.

The property is very clean and secure. The prices are good and the customer service received from Evelyn and Kimberly are awesome!

We were initially happy with this storage facility. They attracted us with a competitive price for a 10 x 20 ft locker. Five months later, they have increased our price by 20%. This is very predatory and I'm sure intentional, because they know what a pain it would be to move our belongings to another storage facility. BEWARE: they will bait you with a very good price, but then soon increase the price once they have you hooked. If at all possible, I advise you to get a commitment that the price will not increase for a certain period of time. They wouldn't give us one when we signed up and the clerk at the desk reassured us they wouldn't increase the price within a year.

Alain and Ralph were amazing! Would i do business with them in the future??? You can bet on it! :-)

The service at this location is EXCELLENT. 100% recommended. Milagros has helped me and my family a lot. If you have any questions or concerns she's always nicely willing to assist in everything she can. Things have changed. This location got real bad in a matter of weeks. Alarms are off most of the time making it a literal nightmare to go to my unit and get stuff, the worst part is that you tell the kids at the front desk that it's off and they do nothing. The doors are unlocked most of the time as well. Even the gate to get to the back parking lot has been wide open a couple of times. The emergency exit which faces the street with no security of any kind was open the other day and it was like that for a little while. The AC....... has been down for MONTHS!!!!!! I pay for my unit to have controlled climate and it's disgustingly hot (before I would have to bring long sleeves or a sweatshirt) now I sweat as soon as I go in. People spill drinks on the floor and no one cleans it... Long story short, this property got really bad. I take back my previous comment and would actually suggest you consider a different one (there's another PS a couple of blocks away). There's no security, no AC and terrible service.

Facility is clean, location is in a safe and nice area, accesible from the turnpike right off the exit for 36th street. Evelyn provides a kick ass customer service and explained thoroughly all of the services and caveats. I gave 4 stars because carts are only available during office hours. UPDATE: Management decided to leave carts out so you can move now at any time even when the main office is closed!

They have the lowest prices compared to other Public Storage locations in the area. Milagros was very helpful with picking out the right size unit. They keep their carts in the main office that means everyone can have access to carts. I used to hate when one person uses 3 carts when they are moving. Out of all the storage facilities in the area I always comeback to this location when I need storage space. Their biggest issue is how they handle their billing. When I rented units and wanted to move out during the five day grace period for payment they always want the full month paid even if you are moving out of the unit four days into the month. I moved in on the 12th day of the month and I moved out the fourth day of the month and they still want a full months rent. It is not the staffs fault. It is the terrible billing structure of public storage. Five stars for the staff One star for the billing department

Staff is good. Location is great. Very secure. Prices are average compared to other places. I gave 4 stars because you need to go during office hours in order to use the carts, so what's the point of having access until 9pm if you can't use them?. I would like to have access to my unit until later than 9pm.

I was looking for prices and Milagros the manager was so helpful, she gave all the info I needed and was so dedicated and patience. When ready to rent I will divinely rent a storage at this location.

Always been treated well in the 8 years I've used the PS facility at 3900 NW 15th AVE in Doral (Miami), #29199 but especially on my last visit was treated with utmost respect and patience by Joseph. Joseph went out of his way to help me recover my lost access code and since I live overseas, he assured me that security was highly regarded there. I appreciate the professional attitude and friendliness of him and his excellent service. Thanks to the manager too for cutting off my lock since I lost my key. Really appreciate the service and smiles!

I had a very bad experience at Public Storage located 3900 NW 115th Ave Miami, FL 33178. The manager, Rosemary, treated us in a very rude way. She told us that she had the right to refuse the rental service to anyone she decided to. Right away she asked us to leave the place. We felt humiliated and very bad treated. The reason: We booked online but when we arrived at the facility we found out that the insurance was not included but it is mandatory. It is and increase of 20% of the advertised rental price.

This by far is the best public storage facility I have been to. First off I want to say Rosemary was extremely helpful and pleasant to help me pick the correct unit for my needs. The facility is also extremely clean and well maintained and I am very comfortable having my stuff here. I actually live about 12 miles from this location and still chose to have my stuff here rather than the closer properties. Rosemary and her staff are very professional and always are there to help with any questions

I've been a Corporate customer for 4 years at this Doral location. Everytime I come to the location I'm welcomed by the front office staff with open arms. The crew here, especially Rosemary, have been great. The entire staff welcomes my team with a high level of customer service and support. I had just finished moving into storage... Man, was I exhausted and thirsty. I was offered water and juice from someone's lunch. Someone's lunch I might add. I have been a customer at this location since 2010 and I have never had a problem. The facility is always well lit and squeaky-clean, but this is something that, although not always present somewhere else, you expect of a storage property. What truly makes a difference is the personnel and the work ethics they display day after day. Whenever I have had a need I have dealt with Rosemary and/or Will. They both display the most amazing customer service skills, always putting the customer first and exceeding your expectations on every detail, assisting with your every need. I highly recommend this facility exclusively because of the service they provide; Public Storage must be doing something right to encourage a customer-centered culture, and I congratulate them for that, but I also recognize that it’s truly PEOPLE that act to make your life easier. Public Storage is lucky to have Rosemary and Will as part of their team. What can be improved? - It would be great to have carts available even outside office hours - Rates are starting to be not so competitive

I have had a storage unit for a couple of years with this particular Public Storage and have NEVER had an issue. The staff (Rosemary & Will) are absolutely exceptional. Any time I ever have a question, need to come in to move stuff around and need a cart or make payments, they are truly so extremely helpful. I have dealt with Rosemary more throughout the years, and she is beyond wonderful. She has amazing customer service skills and will always try to assist you in any way possible!!! They both take pride in the service they provide and that says a lot about them, the customer service you'll receive and the company itself. The storage itself is kept clean as well and that is necessary when you are leaving your personal possessions in a unit. ( I shopped around prior to coming to Public Storage and I saw some really grimy places!!) If you have to put your belongings in storage, please trust me in saying you wont be disappointed with this Public Storage or its staff. Thank you so much Rosemary!!!!! Thanks Will!!

I have been a customer with PS since 01-2010 and I have stayed loyal for one MAIN reason - Rosemary. She makes me and/or my wife feel like a VIP clients each and every time we either call or visit our unit. Her exceptional people skills and client relation is what makes PS stand out from the competition. Thank you Rosemary for always looking out for the Perez family. I also have to give Will an A for "Awesome" because he comes through for me when Rosemary is out of the office. PS should be proud of these 2 employees , as they are in my book, from a business opinion a huge "asset" to the company!

The experiences I have had with Public Storage at this location has been Brilliant with a capital B!!!!!! that capitalization was not a typo!!!! This Public Storage location is employed by a stable mature and professional staff who pay attention to detail, and most important of all!!!!! "Customer Service!!" I have always been able to get insight when needed by the Manager Rosemary and or Will. These two key employees are superb!! Look at the size of this property, and all though other employees work at this location, it is always squeaky clean and free of trash or left abandoned property as I have seen at the competitors public storage location. This property is adequately secured, is equipped with video surveillance equipment which will deter any individual with malicious intent from doing the wrong thing. I will close my review by restating that the most important asset this Public Storage has is the Professionalism of their staff exhibiting exceptional Customer Service to me and all of their customers who they encounter every time I have been there waiting my turn. I rate you a FIVE STAR!!! ESTABLISHMENT!!!!

The customer service here is great. They are friendly and courteous and really try to accommodate you as best as possible. Wil and Rosemary are there to help and make the process easy. Some things that are out of the control of these agents, which I hope management takes note of: 1. Carts should be available always, not just during office hours. 2. PS as a whole should make a trash dumpster available at their locations. 3. Lower the prices. Other than these general changes, this particular location is well-lit and clean. I highly recommend it.

I used this facility for 4 years.Rosemary & the staff were extremely helpful and friendly over that time. It was always clean and easily accessible. Location was great as well, directly next to the Florida turnpike and not too far from the 826/Palmetto expressway. I would definitely use this facility again if I'm ever back in the Doral area and in need of storage.
