Pretty good customer service, company rules and guidelines a bit quirky such as changing account names for reservations. First time fees aren't really much explained online so from a small amount, your actually paying $40 to $45 more for your unit which are supposedly first time fees. I didn't actually see one camera working/installed anywhere, hope it's hidden cameras because then it would be an insurance nightmare when filing claims on both sides. You do get a lock but I also recommend getting a circular/round lock for extra safety of your belongings. 😀

The staff is incredible, very sweet, very professional and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Graciela is Wonderful, from the moment I met her. She has been so helpful, respectful,attentive always with a smile. I wish everywhere I went there would be a Graciela helping the customers.

I reserved online, they called me and told them that I was on my way to the location, she told that they were not doing no more registrations for the day, this was 4:10 PM, they close at 5:00 on Saturday's, I told her I'll be there in 10 minutes, it doesn't take more than 20-25 to do all the registering for a storage unit, also their location does NOT OFFER the $1 First Month, their insurance is higher ($15) than the competition ($11), can't rate their location or actual service because I ended canceling the reservation that at least had a No obligation to rent.

I never thought I’d ever have to use one of these but last week was an eventful week for me. I needed a space to put some things and found this location on Google. Although I couldn’t find the weather controlled space I wanted here, the customer service was top notch. Yesenia was on-site and she was the most helpful, attentive and friendly person to guide me. She was diligent in helping find a space at a different location and make that reservation for me so I wouldn’t have to drive all over town and that’s what makes the difference when it comes to working with the public, going the extra mile goes a long way. So needless to say, my experience was most pleasant. I ended up going to the location at Miami Gardens where I had the space I needed and the service as also excellent. I will definitely always recommend Public Storage as the absolute best place to store your valuable things.

Morela is a gem (diamond)! This place was perfect, the location, unit size, and staff. I needed a place to temporarily store my mother-in-laws household goods (60 years of stuff) until I could take them north (between Balt. & Wash.). Move-in was easy, access was easy, move-out was easy. I did learn some things: 1) if no-one is in the office, just be patient, they are probably showing a unit to someone; 2) its a bit expensive but the property is clean, safe, and the staff was excellent. I would rate my experience a perfect 10/10! Thanks Morela!!!

This is the best storage I’ve been to hands down. I’ve been racially discriminated at Storages by the employees. I’ve been racially discriminated by other storage customers. But when it comes to being comfortable in a storage environment. This is the best. Clean environment. Great employees. Customer service on 10 stars. Especially Carolina. I pray that Jesus stays with this woman. I had a situation when another customer felt that because I was black that I should get kicked out for charging my phone. I just needed to make a quit call. She went and got Carolina and she helped us both with the situation. The customer was scared but she informed her I’m a good person. (I don’t know what’s her past like so I can’t judge). Theres nothing to be scared of and she also told me if I need to I can go to the office and charge my phone. Honestly. I’ve never had anyone with customer service skills as great as hers. No matter what day it is. It seems as if she’s ALWAYS happy. She really enjoys what she does. And I appreciate it. I’ve been to Storages and I’ve never been excited to run into people but with this storage. I feel like I’m walking into heaven lol. All the employees greet you with a smile. ANYTHING YOU NEED. They are there to help. Come here. Trust me, they will have you feeling like royalty.

A los 6 meses pagando en tiempo y caro, te suben y pagas sin remedio el precio de 50 DOLLARES más, para agradecerte que haz sido un buen y cumplidor cliente, por lo que te decides definitivamente a irte de allí. Ayer desaloje el local de 10x15 motivo de un ilógico aumento en el 7mo mes, lo que observo por otro comentario, es una norma del sitio, al contrario de otros donde estimulan al buen cliente con promociones. Lo único real aquí y de apreciar es el trato de Carolina y Clara como muy profesional y excelente. Siento realmente mucha "pena" en desaprovechar el próximo mes SEPT. ,"la promoción ofrecida por alguien" , igual decidir no borrar mi opinión "como alguien me pidio varias veces". No me envíe más mensajes!!, Dios sabe lo que hace, y creo que REALES Y JUSTAS OPINIONES ayudan a todos a Mejorar. Éxitos y tomen notas!!.

If there would be 0 stars I will definitely give it a 0.. Gate is always broken and left open.. No storage is safe this way at all. But thats not the worst.. On Sunday morning we went to the storage to get our property from our storage and there was a car blocking the entrance and exit.. I call the customer service line and and no body has a response.. The only thing they would tell me is "you have to wait until it opens" is supposed to be open since 7 am.. Horrible storage..

OJO LEAN ESTO por desgracia rente un espacio en diciembre del año pasado y en uno de los meses me demore en pagar porque me habia quedado sin trabajo y me cellaron el local cuando fuy me encontre con la noticia pero eso no es todo lo mas sorprendente fue que me robaron un generador electrico,un compresor y untaladro de banco segun me informaron el que sello el local fue manager nadie me da respuesta solo me dicen que llamara a el seguro para que me pagara las herramientas y resulta que el seguro no quiere pagar son tan ladrones como el que lo cojio TENGAN CUIDADO lo ultimo me paso cuando fuy a pagar el dia 7 yo estoy claro que devo pagar un recargo por haberme pasado lo asombroso es que el comprobante que me entrega solo tiene la cifra que yo pago sin recargo y cuando le reclamo me maltratan y desde luego no me comporte de la mejor forma y todavía manager encima de haberme robado cuando hablo con el lo que hace es insultarme la unica empleada que me a tratado bien carolina porque lo que es clara y manager primera no saven tratar a los clientes y considero que no deberian trabajar en ese lugar ni en nungun otro lugar atendiendo al cliente

4:46 p.m. March 6th 2018 I'm walking to the front desk of the office I quickly acknowledge two employees by saying good afternoon right away I knew I wasn't welcome both women rolled her eyes looked at each other with discomfort of my presence in the front desk the employee was quick to ask me what do you want the unit for?& proceeded to Interrogate me further. After I told what it was for ... Then she ask what's what's going to be inside the Boxs , there was no reason for the bad attitude but proceeding to interrogate me like if I was going to do something illegal. That the reason why I got bothered , I have a official business license and website and I have a third-party associate Amazon distribution ( FBA ) company is growing at a fast pace and I need to keep merchandise close by my home that's the reason for the unit . Owner and operator please contact me , I will not let this pass

My only complaint is that they are not as prompt in updating your account and restoring access upon payment as they are suspending access if you make a late payment. Basically, although you no longer have a balance, you still have to go during office hours and have them check your account to get in the gate, just so they can say, "oh." Do not expect to have automatic access though several days may have passed since paying off your balance. Save yourself the frustration and inconvenience and wasted time. Calling ahead of time is useless as well, as they have repeatedly verified payment over the phone, and a $0 balance, and yet, did not restore access. Better off going in person before the office closes to be sure you can access your unit, especially if traveling quite a distance to get there.

I do not recommend this place. There was rodent droppings and roaches everywhere! Sure, the staff is helpful, but they need to do something about their pest control! Disgusting! Never again, next time I will do an indoor self storage if need be.

all My furniture has green stuff all over it its discussing they said it was fiber glass and that i am supposed to take everything out and clean it but it looks more like mold with what i pay a month nothing should have any mold on it horrible

I rented today over at this property it was my first time renting with this company. I was assisted by the manager named Manny. He was so nice and so energetic! He definitely showed me a couple of different options and discussed pricing and etc. Overall very pleased with everything as a whole. I recommend this facility to anyone looking for storage. Ask for Manny he was great!

The staff is AWESOME and the manager is the best! It's the best service I've had yet with Public Storage. Carolina and Manny were more than helpful and did everything possible to make sure I had a great experience and a smooth transaction. The facility was clean and so were the grounds. If I had to do it all over again, I'll choose this particular facility over them all.
