I been renting for over 2 years and always my husband and I enjoy her help, God blessings her. She is the type of person with her quality of personality that is hard to find, she has not exceptions to help anyone that ask for help. She really knows her job. To this company I can tell you have one of the best employees.
After being here as a customer for over a year and a half or so now and visiting the property practically on a daily basis I find that Claudia has pretty much maintained one impeccable class of customer service that I haven't seen at any other company.
She runs this place like it was her own and even at times the only thing that unfortunately the office needs to be closed,so she can conduct and take care of the disastrous conditions some of these tenants actually leave the units in when they leave !!!
Unfortunately she doesn't have a twin because she desperately needs help to be able to keep this place up in the manner which it needs to be in !!!
At the end of the day the five stars I give today is cuz she's more than well earned them and much more !!!
Please get her some good help cuz she just simply can't be at two places at the same time !!!

I don’t even know from where to start, I rent a unit here last week and I was help by Claudia, Phenomenal, professional, kind, patient, efficient etc in the days that we lived now is very har to find a person with all this qualities, she take her time to show me the unit the features of the property help me to download the app for easy access to the gate, the only thing I can complaint is that they need more dolly’s to offer to customers and she need more support the day that I rent my space she was busy with customers in the office, the phone ring so I noticed that they need 2 persons in that place is to much for only 1 person even that she put 100 to help everyone at the same time, Mrs Claudia thanks for your help and God bless you life…

Public Storage? Seriously, don't even bother. These guys are the absolute worst. Their offices are always closed, even when they're supposed to be open. Like, what's the point of having hours if you're never actually there? It's ridiculously frustrating.
And be carefull on their "fine print." It's more like "find the hidden fees and get ripped off" print. They'll nickel and dime you for everything, adding bogus charges you never even knew existed. They're basically trying to squeeze every last drop of cash out of you.
Oh, and the size of the units? Total scam. They advertise one thing and then give you way less space. It's like they think we're all idiots. They're cheating people, plain and simple, by lying about the actual size.
Public Storage is just a terrible company. They're shady, they're dishonest, and they clearly don't care about their customers. They'll screw you over any chance they get. Avoid them.
The sign up and access was great, Claudia was a completely helpful and very knowledgeable.

Finally!! A storage unit that has truly helpful, kind, knowledgeable and overall 5+++ Star service/management. I arrived after 9p on my arrival because when I drove in from University Dr in the dark I went to the entrance on the far rt not knowing it was the gates for the apt buildings. Since I was hauling a trailer it was extremely challenging to reverse in such a tight space. When I finally got to the PS entrance a man was kind enough to answer me when he saw my trailer getting ready to try to access. It turns out he is the husband of the PS site mgr Claudia. Because I couldn’t access the site at this point and had to where else to take my trailer safely I decided I would park it right out front of the office in the parking lot. But there were 2 cars in the lot that were making my task of parking the trailer properly even more difficult. When Claudia and her husband saw the struggle they both got I. The cars and moved them from the front lot so I could get into a spot and minimize the stress of backing my rig up substantially. I never even had to ask! (And if you live in Miami you know this is not the norm). My entire experience here left me feeling so much better than anything I could have ever expected. Claudia is a good human, and that is hard to come by! She even offered my dad her personal body fan when she saw he was struggling in the heat after walking outside longer than he anticipated. The facility is extremely clean and well kept which also shows she cares about her grounds and the people who come there. I only wish that there was more people who cared about their jobs and the people who they engage with here in SFL. Everyone would benefit! I will never mind driving from Miami to Davie knowing there are people like Claudia and her husband when I get there. Class act!!!

GO TO EXTRA SPACE ITS CLEANER, CHEAPER, AND WAY BETTER SERVICE…..My mom was battling cancer and I was going through personal things and the district manager would not work with me she came on the phone with a bad attitude smh I had Extra Space before and they were much better the district manager was friendly and happy to help also the carts here are always chained up can’t use them only when the office is open so when the office closes at 6pm even though you can move your stuff up until 8/9pm you cannot access the carts moving my things to Extra Space where I had them last time I was moving this location was a first and never again also EXTRA SPACE IS CLEANER ๐๐พ
Very convenient except for one thing: fees are subject to change any day. If you need it for a long time, at least lock a 6-month lease. Beware that not all storage businesses offer that option.

Had my storage unit for about 2 weeks. A few days ago, I stopped by the unit to drop some things off and pick some things up, didn't realize I had nodded off for a minute or two, to be woken up by the 2 lady's in the front office stating that I had to abandon my unit because some lady reported to them I was sleeping inside my 5x5 unit with the door closed. I genuinely apologized to the women reassuring them that I didn't falm asleep intentionally, asking for understanding, they looked at me an said no an walked off. It really hurt that they couldn't give me another opportunity to keep my unit because I had to leave my stuff behind that I couldn't carry. They acted like they didn't have a care in the world with my situation. I wouldn't recommend this place to no one. The moment you slip, they kick you out with no regard. The lady Claudia asked me to leave a review, well here you go!!

STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE and this company!! They are Horrible! Once they get you in you will get raised repeatedly and each time they raise is getting to be larger and larger..they are now raising me AGAIN!! I cant tell you how many times they have raised me since I got my unit but now this new raise is $50 /Month More! $50--$600 more a year for the same exact small unit..its ridiculous! I know several others they just got notices of their raise as well and are leaving them and gonna make sure warn everyone about this company..go with one of the other Storage companies. ๐๐๐๐๐
P.S. All the good reviews..from recently just getting unit..wait till they have been here a year or years lol then we will see how happy they are
This place is ridiculous! I haven't even been with them a year and just got notice they are raising prices again!!!! 2 times already..unbelievable..about $20 raise now since I got my storage with them..are they kidding! Go to one of the other major storage places. I plan on leaving now and so do many people I know. Stay away from this place! Be careful of any good reviews..those coming from people that just started here dont know what they are in for..they get you in and then raise and raise can't imagine how much more will cost over another 6 months or year. Never seen anything like it.

If I can give it less then one and stand out front with a sign to warn people not to go to them I would. I left their unit on the first of the month. I had an emergency and could not close it in the last day of February. They rented my space on the third of march and they want me to pay for the march rent when they already rented out my space without my permission. I will warn everybody in every website there is. Also the manager and the chief ceo don’t pick phones calls or answer voice messages. I been trying to get in touch with one of them and it’s fallen on death ears. Customer service is rude and helpless.
I do not recommend this facility. Poor maintenance, broken gate, thefts, poor customer service as nobody answers the phone unless your a new customer who applied on the website. Such a nice area but probably the worst run facility I’ve used over the last few years. Unacceptable!!!!!

Scam artist less than a month ago I went on public storage website seen what was supposed to be an online special $1 for the first month and $109 every month after.
All said and done I paid $49.99 to move in on my first month that was administrative fee, lock fee, Insurance fee ECT: . With in the following 2 weeks I received a bill for $29.95 on my account for which I don’t know why then I received a bill on the first of march for $260.09 that bill was late fee, lean fee, past due fee, every two weeks I was receiving a fee of some sort keep in mind I haven’t had my storage for a full month. I personally won’t ever do business with any Public storage in my life again Extra space storage here I come.

Cristian is a freaking rockstar. Seriously. It’s now 1830, 30 minutes past office hours, but we have been trying to park my 26’ box truck for nearly an hour. I drove 10 hours and had made a reservation online, arrived and accidentally locked my keys in the truck, and then we tried three separate spots and couldn’t fit. I’m the Logistics Manager for Major League Table Tennis and I would be proud to know I had an employee like Cristian. This guy is exceptional! Super nice, extremely helpful, and knows his job well. Not many people would help me in a situation like that let alone have a great attitude during the whole process. Guys like Cristian are few and far between. Public Storage is beyond blessed to have this gentleman as their employee and should be treated so. Thanks a lot for making a rough situation much more enjoyable.

Don't waste your time, I don't blame the employee(s), I blame the entire corporation because for these storage facilities, they only hire one person and any given shift to work the front the back clean restock which is ridiculous. I waited outside the building for 30 minutes for someone to come to the door and watched 4 other individuals who came for assistance come, wait, and ended up leaving because no one was there to assist them. BAD business!
I want to recommend Claudia at Public Storage! She was courteous and professional! She took the time to show me my unit explained pricing and insurance in detail! If you need a storage unit for a month or a year or for how ever long come see Claudia she will take care of you!!!!!!!

By far the best storage rental experience I’ve ever had! Everyone knows how stressful moving is by itself. Why should renting a storage unit be the same? It doesn’t have to be! Cristian and Tameka are the best! They were friendly and welcoming upon arrival. I reserved a unit and unfortunately it wasn’t going to work out for what I wanted to store. Tameka to the rescue! She had a printout of more available storage unit options. She found the one that would work for me and also thoroughly explained the promotion that was going on. Cristian and Tameka took care of me in the office. Explained all of the details, answered all of my questions and walked me through the steps to navigate the app. This experience literally couldn’t have gone any better. Thank you so much!

Both were very pleasant and were very patient with all my questions. They are the true face of customer service! The property was well taken care of and clean. I was taken out to see the storage and I was surprised to see how clean it was. I bought a few supplies and was truly happy with the service I received. I am glad stumbled across this location. University storage at 5804 do not park there you will get your equipment stolen every month there’s something stolen at that place and they do nothing, the only thing they do is increase your monthly rent.

They raise your rates every 6 months this without advance notification. That’s against the law, they must give notification plus it is unethical. At the end, it isn’t worth keeping your items in storage, you might as well buy everything new. This is an unethical and against the Florida law. I called to discuss and an automated service returned my call telling me they couldn’t do anything about the once again increase. I will be removing my items.
