Based on my experience at this location specifically, i can honestly say it’s been TOP NOTCH all around! With a staff who’s always been very welcoming & helpful, or the highly competitive prices regardless of what size the unit is, this location checks all the boxes! For me personally however, my hands down favorite amenity they just started offering is the 24hr access provided for those tenants who really desire the ultimate option of convenience…doesn’t matter what time of day or night, if you want the ability to access your unit WHEN you want, now you can! Not to mention, having this luxury is literally only $20 extra!👏🔥👌💯

Holly at the Northgate Dr Public Storage was accommodating and pleasant. The facilities are clean. The parking lot is clean. The app is great for move ins. I had my Pod delivered there and there was enough space for unloading. The hours are reasonable. The sign up process was swift. My reservation expired, but it was no big deal. Holly made it right and honored the price of the reservation. I recommend this facility.

Update...the property management notified me the other day that the lock on my unit was cut. They had already secured my unit by the time we spoke. It took me a couple days to make it out to see if anything was missing... which nothing was taken from me. When I got there they had already identified the individual and recovered other property that was taken from others..You guys are rock stars!!
I had a great experience here last week. In reorganizing my storage unit, I came across a tall nylon camping tent that was given to me and was in a flat, round zippered bag. I decided that I would never use it but, before I put it up for sale or gave it away, I made the mistake of opening it up to see what it looked like ..... BIG MISTAKE :-) ..... I then tried for approximately 45 minutes to follow the instructions and get it refolded and back into the storage bag. I was so frustrated and almost in tears, when Laura, who works in the office, came around the corner. She saw my anxiety and offered to help figure it out, so I took the tent down to the office and both Laura and Louie and I spent another 30 minutes trying to figure it out and finally accomplished the task. These employees are AWESOME and I very much appreciated their help!!!!!
I have considered moving because I need access to my unit past the hours we're allowed in, but so far I've stayed for 5 reasons: Jennifer, Laura, Jeremy, Louie and how clean the facility is kept. I am a business owner who rents long term and am in and out several times a week. I can't say enough good about each of one of them. They are all professional, but also personable.
In a world where most businesses are struggling to find good employees, this facility has assembled an exceptional team, and yes, I'm also impressed with how clean the facility is kept.
I do have one issue and unfortunately, the people mentioned above can't control this. I have been here since 2019 and now have two units. I think the employees would all agree I am a very good tenant. Yet, the management raises rates at least once a year. They don't see to care how long a tenant has been there helping to keep the lights on. You would think they would want to keep the loyal, good tenants. It's not like we aren't already paying what they're worth. No one can give an explanation that makes sense to me. Sadly, it feels like nothing but greed to me.
The parking lot is also incredibly small especially for a facility of this size. Of course, no one working for the company can change that, but it is difficult when a full size moving van takes up half the lot for hours at a time. Get there early or closer to closing time to avoid this hassle, and weekends are obviously the busiest. So plan ahead, and if you have time stop and get to know the team. They. Are. Awesome.
I’ve had a great experience storing my things here at this Public Storage location for the past few months. The facility is always clean with easy access. Plenty of parking. The one thing we were not happy with was the interior size of the unit. It's advertised as a 10x15 but the size is more like 9x13. We needed every square inch so it was tougher to make that size work.
I have been with this property for nearly 4 years and absolutly no dissapointments whatsoever. The facility is clean and the security is tight- good job team! I am somewhat dissapointed that the corporate group punishes their loyal customers with regular rate increases that go way beyong the entry price, but Jeremy at the front desk went to battle for us and he was able to get this issue rersolved- thanks Jeremy, and thanks for the professionalism! It's because of the service we receive from Jeremy and his co-workers why we stay loyal to this facility!
This site was Incredibly hospitable and accommodating! Laura provided service above and beyond expectations. She has given me the Peace of mind I wanted while storing my entire life's possessions during the time my house is being built.
