First off, Joan is the sweetest and always willing to help. Thankful for her service! This location is clean and ran very well. Always someone in the office happy to help. Fair prices! Great location. Definitely worth checking out.

Joan and Janessa were extremely friendly and helpful - rates are very competitive for the climate controlled units. For those who need it, this isn't a 24 hour access storage facility, but it's 6A - 9P for customer access which is more than enough for me. Highly recommend!

I have been renting a space at this place for over a year and Joanne and Gretchen have been so kind and patient with me. I wish I could give them 15 stars the place is clean and every time I leave a voicemail so quick to give me a call back, thank you all!!

This place has a terrible rodent issue. They have mouse droppings all along the building. Mouse droppings all over my unit and in my belongings as well as along the hallways. The manger has said multiple people have complained about this but her district manger and corporate wont do anything about it. I had mouse droppings and a huge hole from the mouse chewing on an almost 2,000 bed and they said I can contact the insurance company which offered me $150. They didn’t offer a discount on my rent and offered me another unit which had mouse poop all along it. Their “solution” for the rat problem is putting down little packs of poison that don’t trap the rats and obviously aren’t working. I wouldn’t store your things here as they are very unhelpful and truly don’t care about the rodent issue cause they aren’t doing anything about it. They say that have “reoccurring service” but it’s clearly not working.

The sole star is for Joane who was very polite and helpful. I had t been to my storage unit in about 4 weeks and when I arrived, the “roof” above my unit which was only insulation paper had almost entirely fallen off. There were mouse droppings all over my personal items as well as the floor. When I complained and asked for a discount for rent for that month and the next, I was told I would receive neither. I was offered a different unit though. I was shown two other units on the premises and they BOTH had mouse droppings in them despite the mouse traps they had sitting in each unit. The nice manager at the time Joan, tried to advocate me to the corporate higher ups, and they were not willing to do anything at all to make up for my negative experience.

Raised rent multiple times over the 1.5 years. Started at $150 a month and then went up to $300 a month by the time we moved out. Our move out was delayed by a couple of days due to unforeseen circumstances, so we ended up moving out on the first of the month. They forced us to pay for the entire month, essentially paying for 29 days of storage we won't be using. Definitely won't be returning in the future. Additionally found mice droppings in/on our items through out the stay.

Absolutely excellent service from Joan. Answered every question great expertise and service. Was courteous, knowledgeable, amicable, and friendly to great extent. Would absolutely recommend her help in any task needed. No doubt Joan is an excellent employee and was quick to help and answer any questions.

We recently rented a space at this location and we want to recognize the awesome customer service we got from Joan! On our first visit she took time to show us some storage spaces even though she was on her way to a meeting when we arrived. She said "customers come first" and she meant it! We came back the next day to rent a space and she was very thorough and answered all our questions. We are very happy with this Public Storage location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for extra storage space!

PS attendant Joan was very kind fixing a problem caused by my mom who was being a bit of a Karen.

I needed a storage unit asap with tall doors for my trailer. Joan and her coworker helped me find a unit that was large enough to fit my things. Joan showed me the unit and I was able to see how high the entry is. It worked for my needs, and she was able to set me up with the unit under 10 min. She answered all my questions that I had. It’s nice when the staff knows the company rules and regulations. Thank you and your coworker you were both awesome!

Have consistently increased my rates every 6-12 months since renting to almost double what it was less tha 2 years ago. When I inquired with Public Storage customer service.. their response was "Oh, I see. Well if we review the agreement it stated that Public Storage rents on a month-to-month basis and prices are subject to?change at any time." Then he proceeds to tell me "Well, how can we offer a solution if we are restricted to do it in your account due to your account status. We are doing are best to provide best help for you, however due to certain policies and agreement, we need to abide to those." What a cookie cutter.. scripted response" Absolutely zero customer service. Zero care about its customers.

I helped a friend move in . The snowiest day recently. Joann helped us check in. She was very professional yet casually nice and helpful. Except for the snow piled up along the units it took about an hour and a half to back in the moving truck we finally got the household things off. Perhaps a plow would of made it easier to unload. Otherwise this location is clean safe and awesome employees . Joe

I went here to find a unit and the associate Joan was awesome. She was very helpful, kind, understanding and thorough. Left with the unit I wanted.

Place a online order for a outside unit when I got there it showed I had a inside unit I went inside for help to change it to a outside unit and it was no problem and fast and easy I got a outside unit very happy with their service thanks

Joan was very kind and explained everything to me in detail and made sure i read all the papers and contracts. She showed me how to work the gate and walked me through every step so I would understand and told me how to get to my unit, the gate hours and how I would get my lock. Joan was very thorough and kind and made sure I was comfortable with everything. She is an outstanding employee with public storage.

Storage facility is fine, one star is due to not honoring move-out date set on website and continuing to bill me for months after I emptied the unit and removed my lock. Why even have the option to do a move out on the website if it doesn't work. I refuse to pay for a unit that's no longer in my possession.

I do not recommend this Public Storage location. I rented a unit and a few days after renting my plans had changed and I no longer needed the unit. I had pre-paid for my November rent and called and spoke with the Manager Scott who told me I would be refunded for any unused days (aka the whole month of November). I scheduled an appointment at 11am with him the following morning to go over those details together and to be provided the refund. When I got there at 11am he was working with another person in the office and I had to wait in my car for over 30 mins for him to finish, and I thought this was unacceptable due to me prescheduling an appointment.. I had other things to be doing besides waiting in my car for him to finish. I went inside to wait once it hit 11:30 and was polite as he was finishing up with the other customer. He acted like he didn't remember our previous phone conversation and was rushing through the move out process. I asked him about the refund we had previously spoken about, and he acted like he was doing me a "favor" by providing me a $9 refund for the insurance? The other customer came back in as they needed help getting through the gate, and he was trying to push me out of the office as fast as he could so he could help her instead. I walked out super irate with the situation, as I paid $80 to rent a unit with them for 5 days???? Rent somewhere else where they actually care, because this place could careless if they screw you over. I also want to mention there is clearly a homeless person who is always on site as the 2 times I were there I saw them standing outside the climate controlled door right across from the office and they were staring down everyone who entered and exited the property. Didn't feel like my belongings would be safe here, and I am very unhappy.

Great experience getting a 10 x 20 outside drive up unit to store my Mustang over the winter months. Best price/deal I have ever acquired for storing my vehicle. Scott was great to work with and patient to answer all my questions.

I've increased the rating to 4 stars since the gate has been repaired, thank you! The bathroom door has not been repaired yet, if u go in it locks u in & u can't get out I'm editing my original review & raising the star level. I would like to note that the staff here is amazing & none of my complaints have to do with the staff in anyway at all. They are all great to deal with & I know they have zero control over certain things. I would also like to note that I was called hrs after posting this with an estimated date of the gate being repaired & they gave me a little off next month's bill which is amazing cause I wasn't expecting anything like that. Once the gate is fixed I'll definitely be giving them 5 stars. I'm a renter here & the staff is pretty great, Scott & Matt are both great to deal with. 1 star is for a couple of reasons. First, the bathroom has been out of order forever but the main issue is the gate has been broken for about 2 weeks now & they have made zero progress & don't even have a date of repair yet. This is ridiculous and obviously not a priority to this facility. They are restricting access to only office hrs. Well, I run my business and rely on my things to be available from 6am-9pm. I'm there many times a week til the 9pm time because that's what I need for my business so for them to restrict my access is affecting my business and if the gate isn't fixed by the time my payment is due I'm leaving this facility from there complete disregard for their customers. There are many facilities right down the street. I've asked almost daily when the gate will be fixed & they say they have no idea. I have about 4 or 5 other people who rent here and they are also leaving if the gate isn't fixed. I know it doesn't take this long. They could get it fixed within a couple of days if they cared. So if they don't care about their customer's access & needs then they don't care about taking care of our stuff in their garages. It's more important for their employees to clock out at 6pm than it is to serve the people that pay them. Fix the gate or have someone open & close the gate at the access times. I liked this facility til this happened so no more referrals from me.

Matt is absolutely amazing. He made my move in day the most easy smooth process out of any storage facility experience I have ever had, and I’ve had a few storage units in the past. He’s extremely accommodating, and he treats customers the way they should be treated and puts them first. It’s very refreshing because that is hard to find these days. I really do think he should be a manager, and he most definitely deserves a raise. Gretchen is also very kind and accommodating and she helped answer all of my questions in a concise and informative manner. I very much value respect when it comes to paying a company for a service and it’s very rare that you have a business that respects their customers anymore and puts them first. I truly feel like this is a company that will put their customers first. I’m used to paying and then being treated rudely, and that’s not the case here. Also, the security at this facility is astounding. I truly know that my possessions are safe, and I don’t have to worry about someone stealing my belongings. It’s one of the most secure storage facilities I’ve ever seen, and I have had a few to compare it to and this beats all the others by a long shot. I can’t comment on the other public storage locations, but this location is one I will be staying at for good. Store here and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Matt and Gretchen!

Great place clean and well manage

A great storage area, clean and for the most part priced well. I came when Charlotte was managing, she bent over backwards in offer STELLAR Service to all customers, truly excellent service. After 5 years, the manager at the Bellview storage area has been very kind as well working on relocation to northern Colorado, Ligeia has been equally as helpful and considerate. Highly recommend both storage areas

Safe clean storage

I think the rating on this location is inaccurate. I was misled on how I could get my storage items to and from my locker. Then I was told I can't get them out the way I put them in. I was stuck paying for months. I have been unable to physically get my things. They do not shovel in winter. Manager is rude and doesn't have knowledge of laws regarding accessibility for the disable

I would give this place a negative 5 star if allowed. I put a shed on hold and they took money out of my account 15 days before I even needed to rent it but when I told them I didn’t need the shed after all…they said it would take 4-6 weeks to get my money back!!! Absolutely ridiculous! Horrible customer service and good luck getting anyone to call you back!!! Avoid em!!!!

This use to be extra space storage. Now it's public storage. Since the change rates have gone up and the due date changed to the first of the month and can't be changed. It's still neat and clean but they also moved the curfew to 9pm which is too early if you ask me. And they call you the next day if you stay longer than that which is weird to me. I wish I had 24hr access to my things.

Stay far away from this place. They raised my rate $100 less three months ago and now $300 more a month!!! That’s more than 30%. Just sent letter to the Colorado Attorney General.

Laurie is the manager at this location in Englewood. Laurie is “AMAZING” at what she does! She is extremely personable, knowledgeable, and good at her job!! She is most definitely an asset to Public Storage. I would highly recommend “Public Storage” to anyone and everyone, that has storage needs, because of Laurie. I have been at this location for 3 years at 30,000 a year now a price increase equals another 8 thousand on top of my over the top price I'm paying and it took 3 months to fix my heater in the unit that they didn't even know that they rented climate control units talk about mismanagement it also took three months to get my lights fixed as well as the door I will be looking for a better place that appreciates my business I'm a small business owner with limited resources I got a notice of the price increase but funny they couldn't even stop my storage unit from being broken into an looted and they still haven't gave the police the video footage but you want to raise my prices

Avoid at all costs. The video system does not work and they will not cooperate with sheriff's dept. investigation of theft. Public Storage purchased this facility in October 2021 so disregard any positive review prior to that - new mgmt. is terrible.
