Although the prices are a bit steep customer service is excellent.The place is clean and well maintained and security I believe is good.

I am one of those pain in the butt customers with a million questions, which tends to frustrate folks…NOT Joan, she had answers, suggestions & ideas some that included me possibly using a different public storage location (other than her own location on mineral in Englewood/Dove Valley). As a contractor- I used to have storage units scattered around town, two of which were here at this location so after years of great setvice, we’re bringing it all here to 15456 E Mineral! Actual Professionals !

I cannot stress what an amazing storage facility this location is. Every time I am greeted at the door, literally at the door by Joan her customer service skill are absolutely phenomenal. The facility is always extremely clean and I have had a unit for close to a year with absolutely no issues. In fact today I just got my second one and Joan went above and beyond to help me out with it. If you need storage this is by far the best I have ever been to.

Joan and Janessa were extremely friendly and helpful - rates are very competitive for the climate controlled units. For those who need it, this isn't a 24 hour access storage facility, but it's 6A - 9P for customer access which is more than enough for me. Highly recommend!

We recently rented a space at this location and we want to recognize the awesome customer service we got from Joan! On our first visit she took time to show us some storage spaces even though she was on her way to a meeting when we arrived. She said "customers come first" and she meant it! We came back the next day to rent a space and she was very thorough and answered all our questions. We are very happy with this Public Storage location and highly recommend it to anyone looking for extra storage space!

PS attendant Joan was very kind fixing a problem caused by my mom who was being a bit of a Karen.

I needed a storage unit asap with tall doors for my trailer. Joan and her coworker helped me find a unit that was large enough to fit my things. Joan showed me the unit and I was able to see how high the entry is. It worked for my needs, and she was able to set me up with the unit under 10 min. She answered all my questions that I had. It’s nice when the staff knows the company rules and regulations. Thank you and your coworker you were both awesome!

I helped a friend move in . The snowiest day recently. Joann helped us check in. She was very professional yet casually nice and helpful. Except for the snow piled up along the units it took about an hour and a half to back in the moving truck we finally got the household things off. Perhaps a plow would of made it easier to unload. Otherwise this location is clean safe and awesome employees . Joe

Place a online order for a outside unit when I got there it showed I had a inside unit I went inside for help to change it to a outside unit and it was no problem and fast and easy I got a outside unit very happy with their service thanks

Great experience getting a 10 x 20 outside drive up unit to store my Mustang over the winter months. Best price/deal I have ever acquired for storing my vehicle. Scott was great to work with and patient to answer all my questions.

I've increased the rating to 4 stars since the gate has been repaired, thank you! The bathroom door has not been repaired yet, if u go in it locks u in & u can't get out I'm editing my original review & raising the star level. I would like to note that the staff here is amazing & none of my complaints have to do with the staff in anyway at all. They are all great to deal with & I know they have zero control over certain things. I would also like to note that I was called hrs after posting this with an estimated date of the gate being repaired & they gave me a little off next month's bill which is amazing cause I wasn't expecting anything like that. Once the gate is fixed I'll definitely be giving them 5 stars. I'm a renter here & the staff is pretty great, Scott & Matt are both great to deal with. 1 star is for a couple of reasons. First, the bathroom has been out of order forever but the main issue is the gate has been broken for about 2 weeks now & they have made zero progress & don't even have a date of repair yet. This is ridiculous and obviously not a priority to this facility. They are restricting access to only office hrs. Well, I run my business and rely on my things to be available from 6am-9pm. I'm there many times a week til the 9pm time because that's what I need for my business so for them to restrict my access is affecting my business and if the gate isn't fixed by the time my payment is due I'm leaving this facility from there complete disregard for their customers. There are many facilities right down the street. I've asked almost daily when the gate will be fixed & they say they have no idea. I have about 4 or 5 other people who rent here and they are also leaving if the gate isn't fixed. I know it doesn't take this long. They could get it fixed within a couple of days if they cared. So if they don't care about their customer's access & needs then they don't care about taking care of our stuff in their garages. It's more important for their employees to clock out at 6pm than it is to serve the people that pay them. Fix the gate or have someone open & close the gate at the access times. I liked this facility til this happened so no more referrals from me.

Matt is absolutely amazing. He made my move in day the most easy smooth process out of any storage facility experience I have ever had, and I’ve had a few storage units in the past. He’s extremely accommodating, and he treats customers the way they should be treated and puts them first. It’s very refreshing because that is hard to find these days. I really do think he should be a manager, and he most definitely deserves a raise. Gretchen is also very kind and accommodating and she helped answer all of my questions in a concise and informative manner. I very much value respect when it comes to paying a company for a service and it’s very rare that you have a business that respects their customers anymore and puts them first. I truly feel like this is a company that will put their customers first. I’m used to paying and then being treated rudely, and that’s not the case here. Also, the security at this facility is astounding. I truly know that my possessions are safe, and I don’t have to worry about someone stealing my belongings. It’s one of the most secure storage facilities I’ve ever seen, and I have had a few to compare it to and this beats all the others by a long shot. I can’t comment on the other public storage locations, but this location is one I will be staying at for good. Store here and you won’t be disappointed. Thank you Matt and Gretchen!

A great storage area, clean and for the most part priced well. I came when Charlotte was managing, she bent over backwards in offer STELLAR Service to all customers, truly excellent service. After 5 years, the manager at the Bellview storage area has been very kind as well working on relocation to northern Colorado, Ligeia has been equally as helpful and considerate. Highly recommend both storage areas
