Used this location for a year with no issues other than the pipes leaking a waxy substance on some of my items. I couldn’t do anything about it because they weren’t damaged. Holly was kind and helpful when I decided to remove my items and made sure I understood the process.

I had originally reserved a 10x10 unit, but on the day of the move, found out that size wasn't big enough. I got back online & was able to get a larger unit & the folks at this location credited what I had paid on the smaller unit, towards the larger one. No fuss, no muss. The units are clean & staff is very knowlegeable & courteous. Thank you to Clarissa for getting my unit squared away.
I made an online reservation to hold and went to facility shortly thereafter and was helped out by an extremely kind lady, Cora. Cora explained the process, expectations and showed me the unit. It was exactly what I needed and completed rental agreement along with purchasing a lock. I have had unit for 2 weeks now , no issues with gate entry/exit procedures , there are carts available for renters use to assist in moving items and the price is fair and reasonable. I am pleased with the cleanliness and quality of this property and most pleased with Cora's professional and friendly assistance.
Bryan and cora were very helpful and accomodating to everything I needed. Renting a storage unit with them made a world of a difference when I was planning on moving with a container. Their flexibility was unmatched. Additionally, my move out date was a day over and they were willing to forego the charges for the following month since I would not be using it. Definitely recommend.

I've been at this location for years and even when I've lived across town (about an hour away) I've stayed. John has been absolutely amazing, respectful, and kind. I enjoy our conversations together, he remembers previous conversations and details and he always makes a comfortable atmosphere. he's always been patient and he's a great manager. as i'm on that path i do look up to his leadership and professional skills and will incorporate them into my work. the few others I've talked to while john is gone are always kind and professional and the small conversations we've had are light and funny and relatable. i also like the no favoritism in the building. even with me being with them for years i get no discount or no waived late fee. i like that. everyone gets treated equally and that's how a business should be ran. i also like how john wears his kilts and is allowed. EMBRACE YOUR CULTURE!! this review is long but very overdue. great people
